Luxury 1st floor apartment south facing. High quality finishing and beautifully decorated and equipped. Master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom (twin beds) with en-suite bathroom. Large dining area combined with lounge area with fireplace. Very large terrace with barbeque area with open view to gardens and golf course. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer. Walking distance from Pinheiros Altos Golf Club (27 Holes) Club House and only 3 minutes drive from the beach. Flat screen TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. Air Conditioning throughout and underfloor heating.
maid service one hour daily in high season , linen changed once a week.
Access to communal swimming pool.

A wonderful apartment with everything you need in a beautiful location

The apartment is so comfortable it felt like a home from home. It’s very spacious and very well equipped. The outside terrace is spacious and comes with beautiful views over the golf course. The pool area is lovely and offers shade and sun and sometimes we were the only people there! Beautiful I would recommend!

Beautiful condo- comfortable and fully equipped!

We (two couples) rented this condo for a week at the end of February 2017. The owner was very good to deal with as were the property management people ( Paula) when we needed an extra set of keys. The unit was clean, very well designed with large rooms and high ceilings, beautifully furnished, and perfect for two couples. It features a large very well equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood was great for walking and very quiet at that time of the year. You need a 10 minute drive to a parking area to access a lovely sand beach. The golf course clubhouse is a one minute walk- however we found it expensive and limited ourselves to one round. There are 3 large screen televisions with a variety of channels and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace in the cool early mornings and evenings. Lots of quality restaurants within a 10 minute drive in this high end development. We would definitely rent again if we return to this region- it is a great base for touring the Algarve.

Regarding the golf green fees you should normally get a 40% discount when you rent my flat because I have a membership. The best stay in the algarve with everything you need to help you have a relaxing stay. Apartment is so clean and tidy, TV’s in both bedrooms and living room, great internet - however i recommend bringing a fire stick or netflix box etc as portugese channels. Owner and letting agent are flexible with your stay if it is available, we checked in at 10am and didnt check out until 6. Easy pick up of keys on arrival and the community pool is great. Air con throughout the apartment and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all to hand.
