Our family of 6 adults and a toddler enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment. It was the perfect location; the Seine was just minutes away, restaurants, grocery shopping and the Rue Cler were all accessible with short walks, and of course, the Eiffel Tower was right around the corner. Our landlord was easy to reach and very accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again. I have already recommended the apartment to a friend!

Wonderful Location and stay for a family

This property is fabulous; not to mention charming in its decor - you truly feel like you are staying in Paris but have all the upgrades (including washer and dryer). Very spacious for 4 guests (we had 3 adults and one infant/toddler). The proximity to major attractions and the metro as well as restaurants and boutiques was wonderful. You can see the Eifel Tower from one of the apartment windows!

We were right across the street from the Eiffel Tower and a amazing bistro was right downstairs outside of this project. It was a beautiful apartment. My only complaint is that access to the master bedroom toilet is through the hall so you don't get as much privacy as you would like, but other than that, everything was amazing.

Perfect Spot In Paris

This was the perfect location in Paris for our first family trip. Just one block from the Eiffel Tower and across the street from the now instagram famous Rue de I'Universite street. We were able to grab tourist free photos early morning since we were so close. Our family of 5 walked everywhere from here and we were close to the Metro, river and more. The pizza place next door was amazing, Peppo...something like that. The blue awning, not the red. The apartment had everything we needed. Enough room and check out was easy.

The apartment was exactly as shown. The location was perfect. We felt safe in the neighborhood at all times. Christophe had left a booklet with restaurant advise including those that should be avoided as well as those that were highly rated. This apartment is located in the heart of the historical Paris

What makes this property unique

My building was built at the end of the 19th century, in the same period of time of the construction of the Eiffel Tower; the environment is magical with the residential and elegant Champs de Mars, the Eiffel Tower ( 100 meters from the building) , the Gros Cailloux area with the famous Rue Saint Dominique and rue Cler; one of the best area in Paris to visite and stay quietly and safe
