"Villa Sous Bois" is a unique holiday home that can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors. You will find a large outdoor area with a very large garden furniture to enjoy an aperitif in the sun with all the family and friends.
Ideally located opposite the peaceful "Pinède" in the heart of Juan les Pins, you will be only 200 meters from the beach. You can enjoy a swim spa to exercise or relax, an outdoor shower and a large garden lounge with deckchairs to perfect your tan for the summer.

The configuration and equipment of the villa offers you all the necessary comfort for a perfect stay:
6 bedrooms, 4 beautiful bathrooms, a charming Provencal kitchen and air conditioning in each room.

Le concierge s'est montré à l'écoute, réactif et sympathique tout au long du séjour. En effet, l'hôte vivant à l'étranger, il fait appel à un service de conciergerie extrêmement professionnel. Amazing house and location. Walking distance to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and train station. We had a smooth communication with the owner and great assistance on checking in and out. The jacuzzi was maintained perfectly and the house itself is spacious with everything we needed. Overall had a great time staying here and would definitely comeback!
