Modern Private Villa with a STUNNING Front Ocean view on the bay of Juan les Pins. Enjoy the private top floor terrace or play pétanque in private garden. With five ensuite bedrooms up to 10 guests can chill in this unique Villa of the French Riviera. A locked garage with its own charging station. Park up to 3 cars. The villa is divided into two distincts two bed apartments and a bonus bachelor pad on the ground floor. Each place has its private entrances. A private concierge is always a phone call away Neighborhood is convenient with direct access to the sand beach across and all groceries few minutes walk. Note: there is a railroad across the property. Access via stairs only. The bachelor pad on the ground floor with is only suitable for adults 18 or more. Not meant as a children room. Do not touch the watering or electrical system. Children are not to be left alone on the top floor terrace or the yard. There are some outdoors cameras on the property for your safety. Always lock all doors.
