House was quite dirty, as if it has not been cleaned in a long time. Some recreational items from the photos were not there. Host said they were going to stop by to bring bathroom essentials, and then never came. Things broken or not working properly. Most rooms and items were very unclean.

We are an active VRBO property and have every home professionally cleaned and prepared between guests. It would not make sense for us to knowingly leave the house unclean for our guests. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously and always work with our cleaning team to ensure the property is ready before each check-in.

Over all we have such a beautiful stay that we’re planning again for next year. While previous guests left a bit of untidiness the Property Manager was very accommodating as we took care of it ourselves, everyone enjoyed themselves.
