This was a perfect home for our family, with plenty of bedrooms and seating and lounge areas. It was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated and had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen. The host was wonderful, responding very quickly to any questions we had and very generous in their offers to help with whatever we needed. The location is awesome. Bayside offers wonderful amenities on site, but it is also close to public beaches and entertainment. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time and are already talking about going back!

Fun Family Vacay!

We had such a great stay at this property! Nadine was awesome and the house had EVERYTHING we needed. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool, biking, and visits to Bethany Beach and Ocean City. I would definitely book this place again!

Great stay!

We had a great time at this Bayside home! The facilities within the community are great - our kids had a lot of fun at the pool, playground, basketball courts and also enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood (a nice perk to have these available from the owner!). The house is conveniently located and a short drive from several beaches/restaurants. Nadine was a great host, very responsive, the check-in/out process was very easy and the property was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful home and host

The house was even nicer in person. Had everything you needed and more. Amazing community...really don't even need to leave. Perfect location-close to Fenwick Island and beaches. Host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. We will be back!

The house was nice for a multi generational week away. We went to one of the property's pools every day. The younger ones went to the beach a couple days. It is safe and child proof.

Nadine was an amazing host!! She was quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. The house was beautiful, in excellent condition and extremely clean when we arrived. It has a lot of great space for large families to hang out in, without being on top of each other. The kids loved the bikes in the garage and rode around the beautiful and safe community every day.

Wonderful Home & Community

Our stay at Bayside was the perfect family getaway. The house was even better than the photos. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The community is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. We enjoyed our time at Bayside so much that we barely left the neighborhood! The owner Nadine was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We have nothing negative to say!

Amazing House

We were excited to check a new area out and found this house in a beautiful community. The host was amazing and was very responsive. Spacious beautiful home with plenty of room. We got to enjoy some of the amenities, weather was a little iffy when we were there. Everything is easily accessible and close to the community. 5 stars!

Fantastic family stay!

We had a wonderful vacation with family and friends at this wonderful house!! The house was super family friendly especially for young children as the owner provides everything you could possibly need including some toys!! The house was spotless when we arrived. The bayside community is wonderful and has so many fun things to do for the family even during this pandemic they were well organized and sterilized. Communication with the owner was wonderful before and during our trip and she answered my millions questions happily and in a timely fashion. We are already planning our return trip for next year!!

The place with everything

Nadine's house was an excellent place to stay for our Fenwick vacation. The house was large with plenty of space for our two families of four, including four boys ages 7-13. The beds and furniture were comfortable, every room had a smart TV, and anything you could ever need on a beach vacation was already there. Want to go crabbing? There was a crabbing basket in the garage. Need mallets to crack crabs? Plenty in the drawer. Beach chairs and bikes? Check. Nice Weber grill if you want to grill some steaks? Sure, no problem. Additionally, Nadine, our host, couldn't have been more accommodating or responsive. We had a couple very minor issues, like a battery needing changing in a smoke detector that was beeping, and she responded to all texts within seconds and sent someone over quickly to take care of us. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I'd definitely stay in her property again.

Great house and amenities near the ocean

Great house down to the fine details. Has everything you would need for a trip to the beach as well as bikes for all ages and more. Great host and communication. Lots of activities close by all in the Bayside community. Our family really liked the area and will definitely come back again.
