Important to Note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions and delayed snowplow operations are possible within the development. From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles. We also highly recommend travel insurance.
This home is located in the High Rock Acres community, which is a private community with ongoing road construction occurring due to Hurricane Helene. While roads are now passable, ongoing construction has forced traffic down to one lane. For the safety of the crews, drivers must drive slowly and yield to the downflowing vehicles. Please use caution in this area and plan for possible delays. We strongly recommend arriving during daylight hours if possible.
