• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 7-10 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Well appointed and stocked unit. Appreciated the all- cotton sheets and blankets in such a hot climate. Kitchen had everything we needed, down to thoughtful extras like zip locs, soaps and cleaners. Basic shampoo and soaps a nice touch in baths. Location was easy access to beach and Harbortown.

The condo was perfect for our golf weekend & close to Beach Club & all of Sea Pines. Very clean & attention to details & updates to furnishings & bathrooms. * Only note would be we killed a couple “Palmetto Bugs/Roach” & brought one home in my suitcase. We are aware that this is common but may need a little extra attention & treatment😊 This would not hinder us from renting again.

Beverly Serial's properties are top notch and undeniably the nicest units we've stayed in. The only thing was that the touchpad didn't work properly when we arrived so we had to use the key the whole time we were there (no big deal) even though we called upon arrival and also emailed the next day to get a new code. And, the dryer was not working well on the general timed drying setting but we found that it would work on another setting so we solved that issue.

Not as expected

I read the reviews prior to renting and overwhelmingly people spoke to the cleanliness of this Vrbo. I would completely disagree. The baseboards were stained and full of dust. The furniture is tired at best. The rug in the primary was worn out. The cabinets in the kitchen are scratched and you can see bare wood in spots. Additionally, the photos look light and bright but the truth is more cavernous even with all lights on. I would not return.

A very pleasurable stay. Couple suggestions - 2 of us were taking showers Tues afternoon. The hot water ran out which was kind of strange when night before 3 of us had showers and did not necessarily notice a drop in the water temperature.The only other thing is that I had texted the office to find out where recycling was since we could not locate the recycling bins and did not hear back until after I had left to let me know they didn’t know where the recycling bins were. Otherwise you all are wonderful and the unit was really great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Sea Pine Resort and will definitely return but not to this rental. The bathrooms were not updated and was not cleaned. We saw few roaches in the one of the bathrooms and it concerned me greatly. We had to scrub down the bathroom after we purchased few bathroom cleaning supplies. We checked in on Saturday and office was not open again until Monday and I could not wait. This was disappointing since we paid top dollar for this rental.

Great Last Minute Location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location, particularly considering we booked very late in the season, only 2 days prior to travel! The condo was immaculate. There was plenty of space for 5 of us. We walked to the beach club in less than 10 minutes. Btw, this was our first visit to Hilton Head and Sea Pines, so the beach club was a pleasant surprise. We had no idea what to expect, but it was great having it so close by. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. I saw another review saying you don't get your money's worth here, and I just don't understand that assessment at all. There were two pools just outside our door, plenty of running trails, and we could also walk to shops (opposite direction of the beach). We only had to ride the trolley once because the kids were too tired to walk home from Harbour Town (but hereagain the trolley stop was RIGHT IN FRONT of our building). Such a great trip from great hosts. They even left us a care package of snacks and gift cards. The only thing I'd recommend to management is to take a look at that balcony door; it gets stuck pretty easily and takes some force to open. (My wife got into a hairy situation with that briefly!) Overall, I would highly recommend.
