Nestled in a private corner of Punta de Mita's most boutique luxurious residential developments (Punta Vista Signature Residences), this home has it all. Walk from your private terrace directly to the 150' long infinity pool and hot tub located directly on the miles long sandy beach of Banderas Bay. Watch the whales from your pool.

Each one of the four luxuriously appointed bedrooms with ensuites elegantly themed after a different city in Mexico.

Your experienced and bilingual concierge can pre-stock your home with groceries and assist with any arrangements you would like to make.

Your housekeeper will arrive daily to clean, launder and ensure that your time is spent enjoying your Punta Mita paradise.

Your generous indoor/outdoor living areas feature custom furnishings, and have been flexibly designed to accommodate the wide variety of beachfront activities your family our group will engage in. A massive, well equipped hacienda themed gourmet kitchen includes a large eat-in breakfast bar. If beachfront barbecuing is your thing, you will find a barbecue station on your terrace.

Your entire group can chose between dining inside on a custom dining table made from an antique Mexican door, or al fresco at your outdoor dining table.

A custom designed massive indoor bar is equipped with a fridge, appliances, glassware and seating for 6.

Complimented by a curated art collection, there are countless areas in the home and terrace to curl up with a friend or a good book.

Your massive beachfront terrace features a sunset bar. The ideal place to watch the sun sink into the sea, or watch the kids play in the pool. The terrace also includes a variety of lounger and comfortable chairs to enjoy the magnificent vista.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo with direct access to the amenities and stunning beach. Watching the sunrise and sunsets was unmatchable from the gazebo between the beach and the pool. Very attentive building staff and excellent concierge service. The property manager answered immediately and took care of our every need. Highly recommend this property and experience.

Amazing!

This property was amazing! And what made it extra special were the concierge staff. They helped prior to arrival by emailing and texting at least a month prior to our arrival with plans and everything we wanted to do while there. Even while there, they were able to arrange dinners and snorkeling last minute, and did it with a smile . The property had some amazing art, it was gorgeous, and being able to walk out to the pool or beach made it feel even bigger. We had the best time!

This unit is wonderful. Beyond the spacious bedrooms and layout of the floorplan, the patio and pool area is spectacular. You can walk right off the patio right into the pool then right down to the beach. The unit is well stocked with anything you might need. Very easy to work with the property management. Everything I had arranged was there and waiting for me.

Amazing oceanfront condo

We stayed here 4 nights for a guy's surfing getaway. The pictures don't really do the condo justice - it looks even better in person. Furniture and artwork is all local and brand new. The place is completely stocked with everything you need for entertaining and cooking. We didn't really need the cookware as the chef provided as part of the reservation was the real star of the trip. She made pretty authentic Mexican cuisine for two meals a day and it was delicious. As hard as we tried, we could never finish the massive portions she made. Luis, the concierge, had the place fully stocked before our arrival and took care of all our reservations for golf carts, fishing and restaurant reservations. It was all first class. Kerry is a gracious host and very plugged into the local scene in Punta Mita if you need any advice on where to go or what to do. Location is great for surfing, there are 4 breaks within a 10 minute boat ride and a decent longboard wave just a few hundred meters from the condo down the beach. We will definitely return.

Perfect Place for a Girls Trip

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful and well managed property. From the minute we arrived until we left, we felt cared for, secure, and pampered! As a group of ladies celebrating a 50th and 40th birthday, we were concerned about how safe we would feel on the first floor condo unit, but we quickly realized there was a door person at the front of the building as well as security patrolling the pool area behind our unit at all hours - we were very safe! While the pool is shared, we were only one of three groups there at the time, so it felt super private, and we never had any trouble reserving chairs. The Concierge at the Bay service was incredible. Enedina was in touch prior to the stay to set up a grocery delivery and various reservations for spa treatments at the house (on the pool deck!) and a catamaran ride (both are AMAZING and I highly recommend!) Once we arrived, Enedina's colleague Alan greeted us and kept our visit running smoothly, reserving transportation and answering any questions we had. Aurora provided daily housekeeping, washing all of the beach and bath towels, cleaning up the kitchen, and Monica prepared "continental breakfast" daily which was included in our stay. One morning was pancakes and fruit, and another was French toast and fruit, which was above and beyond any continental breakfast we've had in the US! We paid extra for delicious cooked meals; staff was GREAT! We walked to town as a group on the beach -took 15 min. LOVED our stay!

Amazing Property with Five Star Service

My husband and I brought our family (6 kids ages 9-23) of here for vacation. Beautiful property well kept and decorated. It was awesome to be on the ground level unit of the complex. Quick walk out to the pool or beach. Short walk to restaurants. Perfect waves for novice surfing right down the beach. The concierge, housekeeping, cook and chef were all outstanding. They made setting up activities and transportation super easy. The pool and beach entrance were closely monitored by staff. I felt safe throughout our visit. Only thing I would do different is come with more US cash or Pesos if you have a large group, ATMs rarely worked and if they did only dispensed small quantities. Many places did not take credit card payment.

Great find

Getting there was a bit tricky. Roads were rough and filled with potholes. We elected to rent a minivan and was fairly inexpensive for the week. We were quite surprised with the spaciousness of the unit and outdoor patio. The bbq and paddle boards were a treat. We stocked up at Costco and prepared our own meals. Locals harvest oysters right outside on the beach and they sell them for cheap. Can't get any fresher than that!! We did eat out a few times but got travelers diarrhea towards the end of our stay which is common so come prepare. But not to worries if you didn't, pharmacy just a few blocks away and a local market that carries everything you need. Will definitely book again!

Great place to visit with a group

This condo was ideal for our group of 40 somethings/50 somethings to just hang out and enjoy. The condo opens right to the pool and the beach beyond. Easy walk or golf cart to the town. The food in town was incredible. Other local towns are a quick car ride.

Beautiful condo

This condo is very beautiful. Decorated so beautifully and all the furniture is very comfortable. It’s on ground level so you can walk right out to the pool and beach. The fitness center is right next door which is nice, too. It’s a quiet building and there were hardly any other people there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bathtub in the master bath didn’t work at all. There was no running water to it. The oven is maybe just a warming oven- we had it on for 30 mins and it never got hot so we wasted some food that we bought to cook in the oven. The concierge came to check out both items but couldn’t fix them. The floors are beautiful but very slick and there are few rugs and my daughter fell after getting out of the shower. If you have kids here be very careful with walking with wet feet! The area the condo building in is not very developed and very run down. We felt safe with the security and everything there but don’t be surprised that right outside the building is kinda junky. All in all a relaxing week and the condo worked well for our family.

Magnificent property and wonderful concierge service!

This luxury property is well-maintained and ideally situated at the quiet end of the surf beach, just a short walk to town. Situated at pool level, access to the beach is just steps away. From the master suite, guest suite, main living area and patio by the pool, the views of the surf and sunset are amazing! The property comfortably accommodated our group of 10 adults. The Concierge At The Bay Team helped us to plan activities and optimize the experience. In particular, Enedina helped with planning in advance, including food, catered meals, transportation, activities and on-site Covid testing. Abraham was our on-site ambassador, ensuring that everything went smoothly and we made the most of our vacation.

Amazing vacation we will be back!

The location of this property is perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. You walk right out to a huge patio & pool. Then the beach is right there. Perfect for our 2 families. Alan, Cristina and Auroa took excellent care of us and all of our questions and requests. We rented 2 golf carts to get downtown- you can walk to shops,market and restaurants but we had a fee kids so they worked out great. The house is clean and Aurora came daily, Cristina made the most delicious eggs, pancakes and French toast. Alan checked on us daily and welcomed us to the house and area. Such and amazing and relaxing experience. All of the people we met in the area were so nice and helpful. We even saw whales from the pool area. Their are people at the pool to help with chairs, floats and they even rake the beach.

What a beautiful property! The location on the beach is ideal! Close enough to town for a quick golf cart ride. Being on the first floor really makes it convenient for hanging by the pool and beach! Beds we’re comfortable. Maid came daily and we had breakfast cooked for us 2x. I would recommend getting groceries at Costco on the way. The store in town seems overpriced. We will come again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Not as described, no sandy beach

Arrived at the property, condo is beautiful and declined to stay. The property description stated the property is located on sandy beach, beach was all rocks and gate to beach was not secured access giving access to nonresidents. The condo unit has direct access to pool area and about 100’ from the unsecured beach access, unfortunately the condo sliding glass doors can’t be locked from the exterior. The surrounding area was comprised of metal shed type housing with debris and barbed wire fencing, security and not having a sandy beach were concerning given we were vacation with young children.
