Awesome holiday stay

Nesa's home was everything we needed. The kids had an entire downstairs apartment to themselves complete with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and kitchen. There were more than enough amenities and the view was AMAZING! and the view from the balcony is

We were here for a Strategic Planning retreat for our Club. Home was perfect for our group. Only a few went out on the deck and found it a bit shaky. Had an issue with the Internet but host helped us to fix it. Home is very comfortably furnished. Beautiful view of the bay.

Thank you for staying and positive review and feedback! The balcony is checked by a contractor quarterly and has a maximum limit of 14 as posted and noted in the house rules. The balcony may fill shaky if it's over capacity of when guests are jumping or running.
