Welcome to Riverbend Lodge #118, a cozy, ski-in/out condo conveniently located right next to the Snowflake Lift at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Not only will you be mere steps from unforgettable outdoor adventures, you'll also enjoy access to a number of wonderful on-site amenities, including heated underground parking, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center.

Ideal for a romantic escape or a small family ski-cation, this charming condo features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, a comfortable living room warmed by a gas fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the forest.

In addition to being just a few steps from the Snowflake Lift and Trailhead, Riverbend Lodge is less than a mile from Main Street for easy access to restaurants, breweries, shops, and entertainment. Downtown Breckenridge is also home to a number of museums and other attractions, including the Mountain Top Children's Museum, the historic Briggle House Museum, and the Edwin Carter Discovery Center. For equipment rentals, check out Peak Ski & Bike just half a mile away.

Location was great

It's the location that makes this condo great. It needs some TLC but those were things we could look beyond as the location was great for us. The kitchen could use some more items, this is an easy cheap fix that the owners could easily do. A tile or two coming up in the bathroom could be fixed but wasn't. Overall we had a great stay. The hottub was practically outside our door. We were yards from snowflake lift, the bus to take us to peak 9 was a few steps from that.

Best Ski in/out location

We loved the location of this unit, just 20 steps from the lift! Overall the apartment is a good unit, well maintained. The management was very responsive to all our needs including the checkin check out process. We are a family of four and it worked well for us except that we would have liked a second restroom.

Great ski in/ski out

Location next to the Snowflake lift and rental shop made for an easy and fantastic experience at Breck. I would rent here again and for a longer trip.
