Great Resort

The resort accommodations and distance to the ski lift are outstanding. As there appear to be multiple rooms listed under this listing the pictures do NOT match your accommodations.

Breck Adventure

We love Beaver Run, but our room smelled so badly of fireplace smoke (despite not using the fireplace) that we ultimately had to find another room which Beaver Run was very gracious to accommodate. The room itself was beautiful, cozy and clean.

Great ski in ski out location

Can't beat the location. The perfect lifts for beginners and intermediate skiers are right outside the door. The building and this particular unit are dated but clean and totally fine. I'll come back to the same spot.

Great Location for Skiing

The location is great at the base of Peak 9. Great for family with indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and arcade. The little ones were in ski lessons and the location cannot be beat as the Beaver Run ski school is at the base of the units. The location to main street is also very close. Peak 9 base is not as happening as the other bases, but this is not necessarily a bad thing.
