True ski in/ski out, but dirty and needs updating
First of all, great location and spacious, 4 o’clock run is literal steps from the back door. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. But overall the property was incredibly dirty. Every utensil, pot, pan, plate, glass etc had dried food scraps/grease on them and the floor was covered in debris so we had to vacuum every room. All the furniture was dated and looked/felt over used. Some windows didn’t close all the way, bathroom fans didn’t work, overall there was a lot of broken things at this place. I tried asking management some questions, but it took them 5 days to get back to me. Overall we dealt with it and ended up having a great time skiing, but it did seem like people get pumped through this unit and little care is given otherwise.

Sone Good, Some Not So Good
The good first. The unit's location was great, close to Main Street. The unit was clean and had all the basics that you would expect. However, there were a few things that lowered my rating. The pictures look better than the actual unit. It is not nearly as bright as what you see in the photos. There are missing light fixtures in the ceiling. A bedside lamp had a stem missing so it was unusable, the TV in the bunk bedroom didn't work because there was no Roku attached, and most of the windows lacked screens so we couldn't leave them open at night. There was an outside balcony, but no furniture to sit on. The biggest problem we had was that the floor of the Master Shower leaked, and water leaked downstairs into the kitchen and onto the stove. I mean ALOT of water. I reported it and a few hours later a local representative, Sergi, spoke to me and came over two days later. He was very apologetic and offered us a late checkout and use of the pool and hot tub at their facility 5 Star facility on Main Street. That was very nice. He also told me that he had summited a request for a credit, but I haven't seen that yet. It's good that we could use the pool and hot tubs on Main Street, because apparently, the hot tub at our facility was out of order, which really didn't matter since the codes to get in that we were given didn't work. Sergi couldn't get in either. The end result is that we were not able to use the master shower for three days. The tub downstairs drained so slowly no one wanted to use that one either, so there were six of us sharing one small shower. I am not sure if the clothes dryer is working properly, as it took hours to dry a load of clothes. Even with all of these bumps in the road, we had a great time in Breckenridge.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Roomy, comfortable and great location.
The location was perfect; close to Main st and ski in ski out access. Garage parking. And space on the driveway for extra large vehicles.

Skiing Feb. 2023
The location says it all. Never had to use either car (left both in our private garage). Skied in and out of the garage without walking uphill except 20’ at the Snowflake lift once a day. There were enough pots and pans for our sous chef to make Chicken Piccata and Mushroom Risotto. And that’s a lot. With the pine grove across Four O’Clock run from our balcony, the townhome feels so private.
