LIVING AREAS

An inviting mountain-lodge atmosphere makes it easy to unwind into vacation mode in the living room. High ceilings soar above a leather queen-size sleeper sectional and a gas fireplace. Settle in to watch your favorite shows on the 48” flat-screen TV after a day on the slopes.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped open kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The French-door fridge has room for all your groceries, and rich wood cabinetry is stocked with all the cookware and gadgets you may need.

Three can keep the chef company at the granite breakfast bar, and a sunny window seat is a prime spot to browse recipes. When it's time to eat, gather around a handsome wood table for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests in two lower-level bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have 32” flat-screen TVs.

Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, furnished with a stately king-size bed. The en-suite master bathroom features a gleaming tub/shower combination.

The guest room is furnished with a natural log queen bed, and the guest bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Your covered balcony has a glass-top table for three and a gas grill. Start the morning with woodland views and fresh coffee, then wind down in the evening with a family cookout.

The shared, all-season hot tub is right next to the condo, and the heated year-round pool is a half-mile away at the Upper Village. The pool area also features several hot tubs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo is well equipped and is very conveniently located.
Great location short walk to snowflake lift, not a bad walk to downtown stores and restaurants. Condo is well equipped with all needed for a comfortable week long stay, heated garage floor was nice for drying ski clothes after a day on the slopes.

Holiday ski trip
We stayed in C14- For the price point (that will ultimately double the list price with fees and taxes) my experience with have a softer touch, I’ve Springed Back and will look for lodging closer to the strip, and make my way to and from the ski base. Location - the unit has convenient access to the hot tub, and the trash building across the drive. We were not able to locate the “Pool”? The unit had all the kitchen necessities, and media was easy to access/ use. Furniture could use an update, and the mattress was the Pain Point with the stay.

Wonderful Condo in Peaceful Location
The deck and vaulted ceilings are the main features that make this a really comfortable place to stay. Also the complete separation of living and sleeping areas (on two separate floors) is great for folks that have different sleeping patterns. Only gripe is that the Internet was very spotty and out for extended periods of time during our stay.

Great place, but the Vacasa management property is very poor
My friend and I stayed at this location a few weeks ago (Feb. 11-15). Due to an incoming snowstorm, I called the property management company, Vacasa, to see if we could check out one day early so I could get my friend to the airport before the snowstorm. The woman on the phone said that was completely fine, double-checked with the owner, and I received confirmation directly from the owner that we could check out one day early. Also, I received confirmation from the Vacasa rep that we would not be charged for the last day and would be receiving a refund for one day (which would be the 15th). I have text documentation from the owner that I could check out one day early, too. I'm still waiting for my one day refund and it's been over a month... The property itself is amazing and the location is perfect (5 min walk to the lift!) but the management company is making it very difficult for me to want to ever book here again.
