We had a great stay on Bald Head Island! The location was excellent, the home was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the four of us and our dog, making it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa 40. The hosts were great, very communicative, and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. The villa is stocked with everything needed for a wonderful BHI stay.

Sweetest villa filled with character and super convenient location on the island! Edie & Katie were wonderful - communicated so well and checked in multiple times to ensure our stay exceeded expectations! For anyone looking for a trip to BHI, we highly recommend this villa!

We’ve stayed in other villas and Villa 30 is definitely an upgraded property. Two specific aspects really added to our positive experience, first the loft has a shower added making it a real 3rd bedroom. Second, the outside space below the deck is lovely, with an expanded deck, large sofa swing and Adirondack chairs. We spent a lot of time here and on other properties this space was an afterthought and not enjoyable to use. Especially with the upper deck getting so much sun, it was a positive to have pleasant outdoor space that was shaded. I agree with other comments that the hosts were very communicative and easy to get in touch with. This is a great option if you are considering the Villas!

Beautiful property, with an amazing view all around. From the booking process, to check-in, during the stay, through check-out, the host was very helpful and informative. They made the process so easy to navigate. The home was very clean and all amenities you would need were provided. The 2 golf carts were an added plus and worked out well. We will be returning!

We had a lovely stay! The alligators visited daily which provided great entertainment!Our refrigerator failed:-( BUT, Katie & Edie were on it and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. I'd happily stay there again!
