Very clean and well appointed with great hot tub, firepit, grill, kitchen, ect. Plenty of space and ideal location to enjoy the river, forest and Loudonville.

We had a lovely stay at Nancy’s place. It was very cozy and had all the amenities of home to make it comfortable. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked well. There was plenty of seating booth inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub after a day of activities. Definitely will return!

This was a perfect retreat for my family and dog. There are plenty of sleeping options, enough room to spread out and all of the necessities are provided by the host. There is a lovely front deck with lots of room to enjoy the outdoors, either with a book or with the family! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive.

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful time. The place is very clean. The master bed is super comfy. The hot tub was amazing. My daughter and I spent a lot of time in there. We literally just wanted a few days to get away and relax and this was the perfect spot for it. The hostess, Nancy, is very kind and more than accommodating. She went above and beyond for us. We will most likely be back again!

Great place for a relaxing weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway at An Owl and the Moon! The host was very accommodating to our needs, we have 3 dogs that travel with us sometimes. Would definitely book again!
