Great Location, Not Luxury

Overall, I had a great stay, just it wasn't what I expected. It was a great location and we loved seeing the city from that apartment. There were a good amount of restaurants that we had access too and we could get to the port within a minute or two. It was really clean when we arrived. The doors to the bedroom and toilet were an accordion sliding door, which was flimsy and the bedroom door kept coming off. The bathroom door was just a sheet. The AC unit did not cool us down even though we put in ice like we were told to do. Overall, I like the concept of the lights, but I think it was done cheaply. The check in process was strange and took us a fare bit away from the apartment to a lockbox between two garages in a neighborhood that I would not feel comfortable going into at night. But checkout was smooth and I really appreciated how quickly the owner got back to us each time we messaged them.

Appartement décrit comme étant Design mais présentant de nombreuses imperfections

Problématique de stationnement, absence de climatisation nous a conduit à dormir les fenêtres ouvertes dans un quartier très bruyant. Les portes en accordéon de la chambre, de la salle de bain et des toilettes pas très fonctionnelles à revoir. Congélateur ne produisant pas de glaçons. Vaisselle insuffisante.

Merci pour votre retour. Concernant le stationnement, tout autour du logement se trouvent des places, et il est vrai que pendant cette période de très forte affluence, ce problème est valable pour tout le centre ville de Marseille. En revanche, pour plus de confort, vous avez la possibilité de vous garer en parking souterrain à deux pas du logement avec des places disponibles tous le temps. Pour ce qui est de la climatisation, je suis équipé d'un refroidisseur d'air qui est efficient et qui fait office de clim, étant donné que la copropriété nous interdit de mettre un moteur de climatisation en façade. Les portes en accordéons demandent d'être délicat, car fragiles, chose que j'ai précisé avant votre arrivée, et la vaisselle est prévue pour 4 personnes, mais il y a eu de la casse certainement avant vous, j'en suis désolé. A noter que si c'était génant pour vous et que vous m'aviez informé du probléme, j'aurais pu intervenir immédiatement.
