Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of Lake Como. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden along an external stairway. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The wellness room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. The wellness room is open all year round, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garage. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of Lake Como.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful, and include a leather sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a patio through a double-glazed French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a patio through a double-glazed French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
