Additional features of this beautiful house has a Big Flat Screen Roku TV in family room and Flat screened tv in master bedroom has Apple TV. High speed wireless internet through out the house. Large Game Room with Ping Pong Table and board games. Washer and dryer and additional full size fridge/freezer on the lower level. Comfortably sleeps 10 people. Propane gas Fire pit and Gas BBQ on upper decks. Paved driveway leads to a 2 car carport. Excellent lake for swimming , fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating. Great getaway for family and friends. 2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards are provided for guests use.

First time offered for rent on September 30, 2020. Great fun waterfront location on South Carolina side of fabulous Lake Hartwell. Spacious home on only two levels with 5 Bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 10. Oversized dock with ample seating on both sides of dock for sun and shade. Large Screened Porch. Directly across water from the famous jumping rock Short drive to waterfalls and great hiking. Excellent lake for boating, fishing, Kayaking, Paddle boarding and fun with family and friends. 2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards are provided for guests use.
