Apartment situated in the trendy Rione Monti, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. A small courtyard and two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, etc. Well connected by bus and metro.

The apartment is located on a street of the ancient, central and trendy Monti district, at five minutes walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, San Pietro in Vincoli, and many other places of interest to visit.

It consists of two rooms: a bedroom and a sitting / dining room with a kitchen area and a bed settee should the guests be more than two, next to it there is a clean and contemporary bathroom with a shower.

In the apartment there is a flat screen digital TV, and most of large and small household appliances (fridge, oven, electric cooker, electric teapot, etc.). For your comfort there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, in summer there is Air Conditioning but also fan in each room for those who do not like AC, WiFi Internet is provided free of charge. All towels and bed linen are provided.

In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe so there is more than enough storage
space and, as you can see from the photos, in the other room there is a dining table where you will be able to sit and enjoy the meals you have prepared making use of the cooking facilities, otherwise, if you prefer enjoying in full of your holiday, the Monti district is renowned for its “pizzeria” and restaurants (even ethnic ones: indian, japanese, etc.).

Walking five minutes towards Quirinale Hill where is the XVI Century Residence of our President, you cross Via Nazionale a quite important shopping street where you can browse the colorful independent shops and boutiques and find whatever goods, mainly Italian style, you may desire.

The apartment is easily accessible from Termini Station by bus no 64, getting off at the 4th stop (Nazionale / Palazzo Esposizioni) and walking 200 meters, otherwise you can take the Underground (Line B direction Laurentina) and get off at the first stop ( Cavour); outside the Station cross Via Cavour descend the twin stone staircase, you are in Piazza della Suburra, turn to the left (Via Leonina), and then into the first street to the right (Via dell'Angeletto), go ahead and you enter into Via del Boschetto, walk less than 100 meters and on the right you will find the apartment (it is at no. 101)

Both Rome Airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino, are well connected to Termini Station, taxi fares are fixed, Eur 48 from Fiumicino Airport, Eur 30 from Ciampino Airport.
