Really cool place. Great stay

Really unique property. Just north of Rome center. About 15-30 min bus ride/taxi ride. Beautiful view. Great space for 1-4 persons. 2 persons ideally. Has a washer you can use for clothes and just air dry. Small elevator gets you to the top floor and one flight of stairs afterward. Private large rooftop space. Cold AC. 5/5 stars.

Rome with a View

Terrace was a lovely part of this apartment (half of our stay it smelled from the buildings 4 venting stacks that are located around the terrace) but thankfully it only drove us inside twice the other time we were leaving for the day so no biggy. Communication with the owner was great and the no contact entry was a breeze. Glad there was an elevator to the top. Kitchen was great and everything worked well and was clean. Bathroom was also good, would have liked a curtain on the window though, but I hung a towel over the opened window when I was showering and that worked. The bed was very uncomfortable, the worse we slept on in the month we were away. There is no where to hang anything as the closet is full of cleaning equipment and the armoire is full with two duvets (could have taken them out but where would we have put them). All in all it was nice after a long day out to come back and sit on the terrace and have a cold beverage and a nice dinner. Plus mornings outside were great too.
