Magnificent Villa with private pool on large plot unlimited free wifi

If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide one hand towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made on arrival.

Superb villa on a large plot with magnificent private swimming pool.

It has 3 beautiful bedrooms.
1 double bedroom with a large double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds. All the bedding is of very high quality for great comfort. The living-dining room is fully equipped with a sofa, a large table as well as the television with all TNT channels as well as the Wi-Fi connection with free unlimited internet access.
There are 2 very nice bathrooms as well as 2 toilets.
You can fully enjoy the outdoors thanks to a beautiful terrace adjoining the living-dining room, also overlooking the swimming pool. The pool surround allows you to enjoy the sun.
A nice barbecue is also available.

This beautiful villa is located in the district of Riells in L'escale, a stone's throw from the protected forest area of ​​Torroella de Montgri and 10 minutes walk from the first beautiful beach of Riells. This villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

The villa and pool were very nice. Contact with manager excelent. Wat not so nice was the sewer smell in the kitchen and it took time before you had hot water and than not for long

As I told at the check-out you had advise me for the smell during your stay because the same day you told me, with a plomer we resolved the problem in 20 minutes, it's because there was a leak un the sink cabinet. Nice holidays - we would love to come back.

A nice big house, located in a great area not for away from the city center. The house is also ideal for dogs, as they can scroll in the garden which is fully fenced. The big swimming pool is a great advantage. We had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

Relaxed holiday in comfortable villa

Second time we rented the house. Great, quiet location. Beach at walking distance. Great walking with our dog in nearby forest. Beautiful mountainbiking in Montgri nature reserve. Very recommendable.

Had a great stay at this property in L’Escala. Spacious property which is completely enclosed so safe for our dog. Pool is clean and a great size. Plenty to do in the area. Great communication with host, William and his daughter, who were happy to provide any information.

Perfect villa, feels like a home way-from-home

Spaceous villa with nice, clean pool. Great, shady sitting area for long mediterranean evenings. With fencing and walls excellent for dog. Easy to keep cool without a/c. Nice 'penthouse' with bath room on second floor. Good wifi. Easily suits 6 persons.

Great for a relaxing vacation

Nice house with a large and completely closed garden. (important if you take your dog with you) Fantastic good size swimmingpool. Although the kitchen and bathrooms could use an upgrade, everything you need is present.The only thing missing, but necessary, is airconditioning. We were staying at this house with outside tempatures ranging from 30 to 36 degrees and quit quickly it became too hot inside the house. We would love to spend our vacation in this house again, but only if air conditioning is installed. Not only for us but also for our dog it was just too hot without airconditioning. Not only during the night but also during the day. William and his daughter are great hosts, very helpful and who you can always contact when you have any question.

Holiday with dog

Great location and great garden that is complete closed for the dog. We have a dobermann and he enjoyed the big garden where he could run free without us worrying. The owner is very helpfull and replies fast if you have questions. We would for sure come back here. Only small thing: the pool was very cold and inside the house also. We had heating but it still was very cold. Other then that we had a wonderful time.

Perfect family accommodation

Booking process and communicating with William during the holidays was super easy and fast. He is always happy to help with any kind of questions (bakery, beaches, jogging routes..). One of the best features of the house is the big terrasse and garden area, also the pool is huge compared to other houses in the area. Since we were two couples, it is a big plus that the first floor has a private bath/toilet and bed room. The ground floor features two bedrooms decent size plus bath/toilet. The Kitchen is small, but basically everything is there. The living room is huge, but we didn‘t really use it, since we spent most time outside. We didn‘t miss AC at all. Every bedroom comes with a ventilator. Several beaches are accessable within 7-20 min driving distance (some of them offer free parking). The city beach riells is within 15mins walking distance. Also several supermarkets are close (5 mins by car). The house is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. We are looking forward to our next stay in one of Williams houses next year :-)

Die Villa ist sehr schön, allerdings war der Sifon in der Küche nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung und das hat einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch hinterlassen.Gläser und Besteck hatten unsere Vorgänger schmutzig zurückgelassen. Ansonsten können wir nicht meckern auch unseren Hund hat es gut gefallen und es gibt auch einen Gassiweg gleich der Strasse runter. Bis zur Stadt sind es nur ca. 3km. Eine Garage ist auch vorhanden. Alles in allen hat es uns gut gefallen!

Toller Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren Ende April/Anfang Mai dort und hatten tolle 12 Tage. Die Villa sieht exakt aus wie auf den eingestellten Fotos und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Alles war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren auch in Top Zustand. Unsere Hündin hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, das Grundstück ist ausbruchsicher und die Hundefreundlichkeit der Spanier wünschte ich mir manchmal auch hier. Wirklich gut fanden wir die große Garage, denn leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter und waren dankbar das Auto unterstellen zu können. Ansonsten ist das Parken vor der Tür auch kein Problem.Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Den Verwalter William können wir nur hervorheben. Egal welche Fragen oder Probleme man hatte,innerhalb von 5 min kam eine Antwort per WhatsApp oder er kam vorbei. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber leider...

Villa au top tout y est comme à la maison, piscine ensoleillée toute la journée ce qui est vraiment top, proche de la plage et des restos tout peut se faire à pieds, l accueil de William toujours au top et arrangeant sur les hiraires de départ

Het verblijf was prima, de prettige opvang en uitleg door William, heerlijk zwembad ligbedden en eigenlijk als de temperatuur goed is maak je gebruik van de keuken en de slaapkamer en leef je buiten. Het grasveld verdient alleen wel wat meer aandacht. We hebben 15 dagen genoten

Ideal für Familienurlaube

Durch die Trennung von Obergeschoss mit Schlafzimmer, Bad und WC ist es Ideal für eine große Familie. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft schnell und unbürokratisch bei Problemen (Nagel im Reifen). Haus und Grundstück sind großzügig und nicht einsehbar. Der Pool ist sauber und wird regelmäßig gewartet. Gerne wieder !!!

Super schönes Haus - zwar sehr einfach und kahl eingerichtet aber darauf legen wir garkeinen wert, es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Haus liegt in einer super schönen Gegend und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kontakt mit William ist super unkompliziert gewesen. Beim nächsten Besuch buchen wir wieder dort.
