A family friendly resort, the property is two blocks from the beach and located at the commercial Oceanside Marina where you will find many options for waterfront dining and water sport rentals such as kayaks and jet skis.

King in Master, 2 Twin Beds or 1 Queen bed in second bedroom, Queen in third bedroom, and Queen Murphy Bed in living area. All condos have full kitchens, two full bathrooms, balcony with gas grill and washer/dryer.

San Diego not only boasts year-round perfect weather, it is home to some of the most famous places in the United States. No visit is complete without strolling the 1,200 acres of Balboa Park, home to 15 museums (many of them free!), numerous theaters, outdoor recreation, or spending the day at the San Diego Zoo. Sea World or LEGOLAND. Even closer to Oceanside sits the idyllic coastal city of La Jolla with dramatic cliffs and sprawling beaches on three sides. For an awesome view of the area's natural splendor pass through Torrey Pines State Park, with eight miles of winding trails through 2,000 acres of preserved beachfront countryside.

If your passion is fine dining and boutique shopping, you're in luck as well, surrounded by fresh-caught seafood and trend-setting fashion in every direction. After a day of adventure, enjoy all of the resort amenities - right next to the scenic harbor.

Visiting family

The resort was close and convenient to both the highway and marina/beach. Since we were visiting family in the San Diego area it was a good location plus it had 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which made it very roomy for the family. I enjoyed my morning walks to the pier which was around 1.5 miles away from the resort. Nice beach area as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Secure parking.

Spacious but a bit dated

The 3-bedroom 2 bath property had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. The bonus bed was a queen size murphy bed that pulled out into the front room. The rooms and living area where comfortable. The unit we got was clearly needing some TLC and updating. Hot water was in short supply and water pressure to showers was not impressive. Our unit was on the 2nd floor which had a nice big balcony overlooking the pool. it was very nice but we quickly learned that the little boy above us enjoyed peeing down onto our surfboards left to dry. Yes this place was great for the younger family with younger children looking for a good value for a beach vacation. Check-in was easy and good communication from the property manager however be advised that upon check-in, you will need to visit the "concierge" who is very friendly but wants you to sign up for a timeshare presentation for a gift. The external property is nice and freshly painted and perfect for young families. The walk to the beach is fine but bring a small cart or wagon to carry the gear to the beach. Our experience was positive and we felt we were able to accommodate our needs at reasonable price for a common vacation week.

Good location

Excellent location in Oceanside as it is so close to the beach. The timeshare is a bit noisy as it hosts lots of families but if you can manage that it is an fun place to vacation.
