This neo-Breton house has been completely redesigned and renovated in a contemporary and refined style.
The 6.5m/ 3.75m indoor swimming pool is heated all year round to 28 degrees.
On the ground floor, the kitchen-dining room, the living room with billiards are bathed in light and facing the enclosed garden.
Upstairs, the 3 suites each have a bathroom with toilet and a dressing room.
Children are not forgotten with a dormitory for 4 people, a bathroom - toilet and a dressing room.
The ground floor is equipped with air conditioning. The villa has been equipped with fibre since November 2025. A pantry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer located on the ground floor.

The house is modern and spacious and is set in a very large garden. The indoor pool is lovely - a good size and nice and warm. The kitchen is very well equipped and we found the whole house spotless when we arrived.Three of the bedrooms are large with lovely en suite facilities, however the children’s bedroom is small and rather cramped.There is insufficient shade on the patios for a large group to dine al fresco and the outdoor furniture is showing its age.The house is in a very good position, close to a beach and the delightful little village of St Marine. It is the perfect location for a large family holiday in beautiful Brittany.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem sehr großen Garten. Sehr gute Kücheneinrichtung, gemütliche Betten, große Bäder, alles, alles allerbestens. Der Eingang zum Pool ist gut gesichert. Die Gastgeber bemühen sich bei jeglichen Problemen, sofort Abhilfe zu schaffen. Es fällt schwer von diesem Haus Abschied zu nehmen.
