We loved this property! It was so cool and had such a neat historic vibe. We would love to stay here again in the future. What a neat place to get to spend time in. The hosts have done a great job bringing it to life.
Great house in a great location. The space was well organized for a family gathering. We enjoyed using the outdoor firepit for smores one night as well. It was convenient to Glacier National Park and also secluded enough to feel like a personal retreat.
It was wonderful. We were 20 minutes away from Glacier National Park and 20 minutes away from great dining in Whitefish. The house/barn was very nice and had everything we needed,
Stayed 6 nights at this cabin and enjoyed every aspect. Great location, fully stocked with any and everything we needed, and was a wonderful place to get away from the Texas heat and relax in the mountains. Would definitely stay again.
Just the perfect place to stay while enjoying GNP and the surrounding areas. It’s was just like the photos. Though a rural setting, it was conveniently close to dining, groceries and west entrance of Glacier NP. We enjoyed incredible hiking and rafting with Glacier Guides. Nearby Whitefish was charming with great restaurants and ice-cream. Our host, Annie, communicated very well. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and cozy in her beautiful log cabin home. Loved the rural setting with neighboring mules and horses and wild turkeys.
The property was exactly as described and extremly well stocked with anything you could need. The house is extremely private on a beautiful property. Saw deer, horses, and cows. Located 20min from Glacier National Park entrance it was a perfect location for seeing the park and also heading into Kalispell and Whiefish, each bout 25min away. Annie was a great host with great communication. Would absolutely stay there again if lucky enough to return.
Only have two suggestions, a few more chairs around the fire pit for larger groups (we were 7, but only had 4 chairs) and a table in the beatiful stone patio to enjoy dinner in the wondeful Montana weather.
There is a pinic table at the front of the property but a second one out back would be ideal.
It was an absolutely perfect stay, and we appreciate Annie's commitment to preserving this incredible house. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful Property
Had a little trouble with check in in that there must have been a VRBO issue and I didn't get the door code but was able to get in contact with the property manager after about an hour and got it. It wouldn't have been an issue if there hadn't been 3 kids tired from travelling all day. Once inside, it was exactly as advertised. Lots of room for us all to spread out and the most beautiful decor I've ever had in a rental property. I let the owner know one morning that a shower wasn't draining, and it was fixed by the time we got back home that night from hiking. The house also included some of the basics that are always a pain to get at rental houses and you end up throwing away half, such as paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, soap, etc. The setting was beautiful, and we had lots of fun watching the wildlife out the windows.
A historical home on 9 acres with wild turkey and deer galore, yet close to town and the park. Home is a step back in time as an old country farm, yet with all modern amenities. Filled with rustic antiques. Just my style! We were completely happy with choosing this home.
Charming house on nice, secluded grounds in great location. We were a family of seven. House was perfect for us. Annie (the house manager) was very responsive. You feel deep into nature but are only a short distance from a major super market and from GNP. We were there the end of August. The weather was cool and the house temperature was comfortable.
We loved this authentic log cabin and decor with its modern amenities. We enjoyed the daily visits from the deer and turkeys. The location was nice for visiting both Glacier and Kalispel.
Loved the house, it's decor and the location. Would recommend staying here for a quiet, secluded stay. Turkery and deer visited the yard daily.
We did not complain to the owner about these items:
Basement bathroom is quite small and the shower head barely worked - needs to be cleaned. "Air Conditioner" is not a true air conditioner. Just a blower that takes cooler air from the basement and blows it upstairs. Beds are quite small - not sure if they are true queen sized.
Words cannot fully describe how much my wife and I enjoyed staying at this property. I could not recommend it highly enough. It had everything we were looking for. There were two horses on the adjoining property that we fell in love with and were sad to say goodbye to. House was immaculate.
