This amazing NEWER home (2020) has all new furnishings. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, it boasts of outdoor living space with full deck and views of Kalamazoo Lake just across Lake Street. “Under the deck is custom-block patio with an under-deck roof”, No leaks during any rainstorm-- plus a TV with SONOS, two speakers to serve patio, natural-gas fire pit and Weber propane grill. Interior is all natural maple flooring, top quality cabinets with quartz tops, Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. All bathrooms have ceramic floors and showers. The Carriage house (above garage area attached to house by deck) has living area, separate bedroom, bath, mini kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. There is also a sleeper bed in second-story loft and in carriage house. Everything in this home is quality custom craftsmanship, with nothing held back. All TV’s in home equipped with SONOS. There is no comparison to it in the area.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property due to its spectacular location, and then designed/built this home. Also because it's a very special and unique community with lots of history. I enjoy cycling from Saugatuck to Holland on the Bee-Line Trail when I stay in town.

What makes this property unique

Location, and comfortable living space. Easy walk (0.3 mile) to restaurants and shops on Butler St in town.
Short drive to Beach and downtown Douglas. Fennville, South Haven, and Holland all within a 25 minute car ride.
