2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

Very cute condo with a great view of the pool and you could see the ocean, too. Very clean unit and nicely decorated. Worked perfectly for our family. The washer/dryer in unit was a plus! Communication was top notch and Donna gave me all the info I needed for check-in and what was expected on checkout day. I would definitely recommend Hello Sunshine!

Galveston weekend

Great stay. Property is as listed and everything was in order. Property is across the street from the beach with a quick walk to get there. Our 12yr old thought the pools were great.

Fantastic stay at Hello Sunshine

We enjoyed our stay at Hello Sunshine very much. All communication with the property owner was quick and accurate. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The property staff were all friendly. We were very happy with all aspects of this rental. Would definitely recommend.

This is our second time staying at Maravilla, and we love it here! This unit has the PERFECT view of the main pool and the ocean! Donna, the host, was great at communicating throughout to see if we needed anything as well as offering additional info we might need. We will definitely be back!

Our family has been coming to Galveston for years, stayi g at the Maravella. We absolutely love it. This time we stayed in Donnas condo, the condo was beautiful. Donna is fantastic, she is quick to respond and exceeded our expectations making another memorable vacation. Thank you Donna and Wade! Cant wait to come back :)

The condo was beautiful and clean. Decorated super cute with a beach theme. Had everything we needed. The outside property needed some maintenance. The elevators didn't work 2 days of our stay and the trash needed to be picked up outside.

Excellent Experience

The front facade was under construction when we arrived and there was some unsightly trash left near the elevator that went up to our room. That is literally the only bad things I can say about the experience. The room was in excellent condition. Very clean. The patio had a nice view of the pool and the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The trash we observed was picked up very shortly after we came upon it. The pool was clean. We had an excellent time. The host was great at communicating and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the check in and check out seamless.

The Condo unit was very nice. It was clean and well maintained. Just a tad small, but I knew that when I booked it. I'd give it a 10 out of 10. The property on the whole, could use some work.The pool grounds were nice. The building is what needs the updates. Things are starting to look worn out. The elevator closest to our unit didn't work the entire time we where there. On the whole I'd give the property a 5 out of 10.

This condo is incredibly clean, the property manager could not communicate any better, and the location is terrific. We stayed here prior to a cruise and wanted to check out Galveston. We had no idea it was Mardi Gras weekend! Who knew this was such a big deal in Galveston?If you are cruising, this place is 20 minutes away on a non parade day from the cruise terminals and it's right off the beaches, which are great for strolling and the views.The twin bunk beds in the unit are immediately to your left, built into the wall upon entering the unit and looked very comfortable, even for adults. There is a pull out sofa as well. I'm not sure six people could comfortable share one bathroom for an extended period of time, but if you had young kids, it would be fine.We highly recommend this unit.

Perfect vacation spot

My husband and I took our 4 year old to Galveston and we wanted to find a place that was in a good location but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Hello Sunshine was perfect for our little family. Close to the beach, close to downtown, great pools, and easy access to all of the restaurants. The condo was well stocked and clean. The balcony was perfect bc there was a shaded area that you could sit in if you were tired of sitting directly in the sun. Location is about 20 minutes to downtown galveston so not too far if you want to go explore. Beach is right across the street and a lot of things are within walking distance. The residents/other vacationers were respectful of the quiet time rules at night so that was nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. We didn’t have any issues other than needing a couple more trash bags. We reached out to Donna and she quickly responded and got more for us. Thank you Donna.

Fun family vacation

Our stay was wonderful! Our host and front desk managment were very nice and helpful. We loved looking out or front deck and seeing the pool and beach! View was amazing! Everything from restaurants to gift shops and Walmart were very close. We will definitely be back!

Very Relaxing Vacay

This condo is very well maintained and updated. We appreciated having a full kitchen, and the washer and dryer were a definite bonus. We enjoyed spending time at the large pool and the beach. We found the public beaches just a mile or two West of the property to be very relaxing and spacious. Some of the property is a little older, but the condo itself and the pools were very nice. We would highly recommend this condo!
