Our lovely condo at Parkview Bay is an incredible 3 bedroom, 3 bath on the 4th floor overlooking the lake and the State Park. (The building has an elevator.) The condo is near all the destinations of the heart of Osage Beach including shopping, restaurants, golf, State Park, miniature golf, go carts, laser tag, trampoline park, and a variety of other entertainment opportunities. The complex includes 3 outdoor pools and plenty of shoreline for fishing.

The huge master suite has its own bathroom with double sinks and shower, king size bed, and overlooks the lake with access to the deck. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen sized bed with the guest bath across the hall with a stand up shower. The 3rd bedroom is in the loft and has 2 queen beds and a king bed with its own bathroom with shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku and DVD players.

The condo's furnishings are comfortable and have the ambiance you desire for your home away from home! The Living room is furnished with a couch, love seat, chair, Smart TV, DVD player, and cable. The condo includes wireless internet. A separate laundry room.

You will love to sit on the deck that has a great view of the Lake and state park. The deck includes a bar height table and ceiling fan.

This is the perfect place for you, your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation; everything you need to have fun and relax is right here!

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We had a great view of the lake and we were close to the pool. We took advantage of the fishing poles and wagon left for our use. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely rent this property again!

We loved this nice cove with light activity to enjoy family boating, pool, fishing, and kayaking. Condo was in great shape and very much appreciated having it well stocked! Absolutely loved master adjustable bed!! We got good exercise up and down those stairs but a bit much for elderly father. Master closet locked from use but plenty of drawers. Our family wished their places in Parkview condos were as nice as this one.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved that there were 5 beds all kings and queens and 3 bathrooms! How often do you find that in a lake condo. The balcony offered great views. Eric replied quickly… what more could you want.
