About this property
The KC Retreat: 20 Minutes from the World Cup
Our condo is located in the heart of Shawnee, KS. You will be minutes away from everything you need or want to go. We are a short drive to the World Cup, NASCAR track, Arrowhead Stadium, Kaufman Stadium and downtown Kansas City. We are also less than 10 minutes from Overland Park. You will enjoy the quiet once you return and sit on the patio. The bedroom has a king size bed and there are two twin size sleeper sofas in the living room. There is one full bath off the matter bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you need to make a meal.
Our HOA will not allow stays under 30 days to use the pool.

Nice stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Shawnee! Very quiet place. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time (and only 1-2 people there otherwise). Nice location not far from shopping centers. Very clean updated place. Perfect place for a very quiet getaway.
