My stay was great! The apartment was clean, centrally located and looked as advertised. The management company was very responsive in the event of any questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore Lyon!

The billing said one payment but that’s not what happened. They processed payment for the nights stay. Then a week before our arrival when we are traveling they sent emails that required us to access a separate link to process payment for security deposit. This was uncomfortable and caused frustration. Upon arrival we still did not have check in information in English, after multiple requests. We spent an hour in the heat trying to resolve. It was incredibly frustrating. The apartment was hot stuffy and dirty. The windows opened to a dirty small alley with construction noise. Do not recommend apartment in spring or summer.
