    Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel, joliment décoré. Traversant,l'air du large et courants d'air rend l'espace très agréable jour et nuit. Bien situé, un peu en dehors de l'effervescence estivale (un + pour nous), à deux pas de la plage du Boucanet, familiale et bon esprit, c'est une jolie découverte.     Très bel appartement les pieds dans le sable

    Très bel appartement, lumineux, cosy, confortable et très bien équipé, où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. A recommander. Seul petit point négatif mais qui est caractéristique de cette résidence c’est l’isolation entre les appartements. C’est le deuxième appartement que nous testons et le problème est toujours le même, dû à la construction des années 60. C’est dommage mais les propriétaires n’y sont pour rien. Hors saison comme la résidence est peu occupée vous y serez au paradis !!

    Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans le logement, c'était vraiment une superbe semaine. L'emplacement est idéal avec un accès à la plage à pied et à la piscine, nous avions une très jolie vue également. L'appartement était très fonctionnel, propre et très agréable. L'hôte a toujours été présente et très serviable. Je recommande les yeux fermés .

    Die Wohung ist ideal für den Sommerurlaub. Man sieht und hört das Meer, es ist Dank kühler Briese, aber nie zu heiss. Küche ist super ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et la météo capricieuse n'a pas été une contrainte. Chloé a été très bienveillante avec notre bébé et nous. et a répondu à toutes nos interrogations. Nous avons adoré l'appartement et sa fonctionnalité. Bénéficier d'un lave vaisselle et d'un lave linge est un gros plus. nous avons loué des vélos au Grau du Roi et en avons beaucoup profité pour nous déplacer! C'est très facile.

    Les pieds dans le sable

    Super appartement propre et agréable, pas trop grand pas trop petit juste ce qu'il faut pour les vacances. L'accès à la mer est direct et très appréciable surtout avec des jeunes enfants. Pas bruyant le soir et ni la journée. Accès à la piscine facilement. Le centre ville est proche. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Merci aux hôtes de nous proposer cet appartement.

    On s'est bien destréssé!

    Résidence calme et bien entretenue, sur la plage, à 4 min de l'appartement à pied. Chloé nous à repondu présqu'immediatement quand on avait des questions ou besoin de conseils. Grande piscine pr ts âges. Appartement agréable, pratique, lumineux (jolie vue sur mer), lits très comfortables, cuisine très bien équipé. Clim. ou ventilateur électrique ds ttes les chambres. Bcp de possibilités de ranger les affaires. Salle de bains moderne et douche bien fonctionnante. Balcon pr ranger et pendre les affaires de plage. Boulanger et épicérie à proximité. On s'est très bien détendus, avec des pauses plage au Minigolf et restaurants de Grau du Rois, à pied jusqu'à la Grande Motte pr faire du shopping, et quelques sorties en voiture à Nîmes et Pont du Gard en un jour et Aigues Mortes une demi journée. Merci Chloé et Renaud pr des vacances (1 semaine) très réussies!

    + communication with hirer very fast and easy (also in english) + appartment very close to the beach + beach is very good for small kids (shallow water and small waves) + for families/children that love ponies/horses: there is a riding stable across the road

    Séjour très agréable, la résidence a les pieds dans la mer Méditerranée ! L appartement est très bien équipé (la machine à laver est un vrai plus) et refait à neuf 😃les propriétaires très sympas, a l écoute et pas avares de bons plans
