LOCATION – Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O'clock area next to the Snowflake Lift and Blue Sky Lodge. Blue Sky Lodge has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and small ski rental shop for ski and snowboard rentals. This property has quick access to the heart of town and to the base of Peak 9. Guests can enjoy the free in-town shuttle with the stop directly across the street at the base of the Snowflake Lift.
COMPLEX AMENITIES – Building amenities include secure underground heated parking, elevator access, fitness room, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna/steam room, shared gas grills, a comfortable lobby to relax and meet guests and private secure ski storage locker.
All Pinnacle properties are stocked with: • High-end bed linens and towels. • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. An initial supply of: • Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues) • Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) • Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)
Special Notes: • Parking – Heated parking garage with 1 space available (Garage height is 6'9") • All additional vehicles will need to park at one of the town's overnight lots (ask our front desk for more details) • AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st • No weddings, events or parties allowed. Plus-The location of the building is next to the snowflake lift and ski rental so ski access is fantastic. The building is older so it’s showing its age but has a nice heated garage. Downtown shops are close so an easy walk or free bus. Negative —What was disappointing is the very soft foam bed and kitchen. The small refrigerator is really a mini refrigerator that has poor temperature control and not much room. The oven is a toaster oven. The sink is about 12 in square. The two coil burners were uneven . Cooking was difficult, relatively no counter space , there was a crock pot but in general it was not a good working kitchen. One of the two windows didn’t open, lamp was faulty. TV very small. Washer/dryer was coin operated down the hallway.
This condo was exactly as advertised. It was a 5 minute walk to downtown. The rental management company was lights out great. Underground covered parking was a huge plus. We would absolutely stay here again.

FRIDGE IS TOO SMALL ITS MORE LIKE A MINI BAR FRIDGE.
Loved the location. Interior was not listed accurately. This was a studio / hotel style room. The rooms were really separated by a short hall way, no door. There was no kitchen, rather a mini fridge, small bar sink.
This Four O’Clock property was absolutely perfect for a week ski trip with three adults. The property was clean neat and had more then the basics to make the stay perfect. The check in process was extremely easy. We utilized the ski locker every day to store our equipment. The snowflake lift is right out the back door of the property which made it easy everyday to hit the slopes. 3/5 min ride to downtown or a short walk. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient ski on ski off property.

Bed sheet was too small for the bed and would flip up every night. The gap between the tile and carpet was left unfinished and when walking over we stepped on the carpet tacks a few times. For the whole stay we needed to watch out for this. Overall everything else was great and location could not be beat. Only other downside was the hot tub inside was down for the whole 4 days we were there.

Great location - in need of updates
We have stayed in other units in the Tyra Riverbend property before and love the location - great access to lift, easy ski home and walk to town - but this was the worst unit by a few measures. First, the bedding, sheets and blankets, for the main queen bed and the pullout couch were old, had holes and generally was not anything that should be part of a guest rental. The carpet was well worn and felt unclean. The kitchen was missing cabinet doors. The only compliment I can give is that it had nice towels.

Not worth the price
Too expensive for what it is. Not clean at all!!SmallYou enter directly in the so called bedroomVery small kitchen that doesn’t work well. 2 electric ranges from 1970 and only one working.Very small refrigerator with not enough space.No space for grocery shopping No space for clothes.TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.only good point, is that it you have snowflake log chair at the building door but when come back you have some flat portion of the trail then not the most convenient.
My overall rating would have been four stars except for the parking pass. I didn’t learn about the hundred dollar late parking pass return fee until I started to leave the unit. The fee is not mentioned any place except on the parking pass which I had not read until I started to vacate the unit. After I was already two or three hours away I did get an email concerning the fee but that was a little late to return it. It might be noted that I did leave the day before the checkout time.

We enjoyed our stay at this location very much. It was clean, and plenty large for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. We the views at Dillon Lake and of the mountains, though the lack of any snow on the mountain tops was disappointing. Weather was nice! We enjoyed discovering the parks at the Troll and Train sites in south Breckenridge. We also visited the Great Sands and Rocky Mountain National Parks. Downtown Breckenridge was great as usual. The Pinnacle staff was really good on communication.

Great Location
The room was not up to par. The sofa bed was horrible and not in sleeping conditions. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working , so at night it became hot. And are room was not ready until 4:45 pm.
My wife and I stayed at this property and enjoyed every bit! The ski in/out was perfect (Snowflake lift is right outside the property). Outdoor hot tub was fantastic after a long day of skiing. The short proximity to main street made it easy to walk or drive (pending weather). We would recommend anyone to stay here and we look forward to staying at this location sometime soon!
Great stay with a beautiful view of the Breckinridge village. Easy access to the slopes.
