We stayed for a soccer tournament and the amenities were great! The room was spacious and exactly what we needed and enjoyed our experience. Communication was clear and look forward to coming back same time next year!

This property consists of a single large room and a spacious bathroom. We found the decor very tasteful. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The unit doesn’t have a full kitchen, so it may not appeal to someone wishing to prepare their own meals. However, the mini kitchen was reasonably functional. We had some difficulty checking in since we didn’t realize that the unit had two doors. However, even though we arrived very late because of delayed flights, the person who patiently helped us find the right door was great. I think we woke her up. We have communicated to the owner to clarify which door to access to check in.All in all we were very pleased with our visit.

We had a nice stay. The property is a little dated, but the studio was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The laundry was in another building and the machines were a bit worn down, but functional. We were not provided at check in with the code to the pool or laundry room. We had to ask another guest for the codes. We thought the "kitchenette" was going to be more substantial...basically a cabinet, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster. As a result, we couldn't prepare meals. The mini-fridge was not working when we arrived, but we were brought a replacement very quickly, which we appreciated. We weren't really told anything about parking and we had to park a ways from the unit. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub, and the large TV in the room.Compared to other short term rentals we used in the recent past in the same general area, for a similar price, we felt this property fell a bit short of expectations. That being said, we had a nice stay in a clean, comfortable room.

A needed time away from the a long winter in Montana.

This was a clean and comfy place in the middle of everything we explored in and around in STGeorge. Wish it had a little pot and pan and a hot plate, for easy cooking left overs. Other then that it was awesome and we will be back. Thank you The Murrys

Okay stay with a few hiccups

The pros--nice layout with semi-private patio, fireplace, sitting area, large bathroom, jetted tub, two tv's and comfortable bed. The cons-paper thin walls. We heard everything next door (and I mean everything!). HVAC was very loud, but worked ok. Pool area was loud at times. Most tenants were respectful of the quiet hours but the ones next to us were very disrespectful of those hours. Interior layout was good but some areas were well worn (broken tiles, dents in the wall, & no front door seal strip). Neutral- plenty of parking, but kind of far away. Facility in pictures looks newer, but actual is older than we anticipated.

GOOD:- The location was great and close to everywhere we needed to visit. - The bathroom was spacious and clean. - The laundry facilities were a nice plus. - There are two closets for you to hang your clothes and store your luggage. - The TV is huge. - AC worked well, and there is also a ceiling fan.- There is a pool, gym, and pickleball courtNEEDS IMPROVEMENT:- I messaged the host several times before my stay asking about the kitchenette (since it is not pictured in the property photos) but they did not reply to any of my messages.- The kitchenette ended up being a weird armoire cabinet that was retrofitted with a sink - not super functional. - The fridge was not plugged in when we arrived, so the freezer was leaking water and the fridge took several hours to get cold.- There is no ventilation. If you decide to bring your own hot plate, you'd have to keep a door open to let the steam out.- There is no fan in the bathroom. There is a window, but it is large and on eye level with the neighbors who regularly walk by the window. Long story short, neighbors can walk by and see you on the toilet or in the shower... so we just kept the window closed.- The rug in the central area of the property was visibly dirty and as a germ-conscious person, I was not able to get comfortable here. - The bed is has little to not support, so my back was killing me the entire time. But there is a massage place within the complex...
