High Mountain Views for 270 degrees. Best views in Pitkin County. Great hiking trail near the house. Right next to public land. 20 minutes to Aspen, 15 to Snowmass. 20 minutes to Capital Peak trailhead. Yet only 15 minutes to grocery store. Hot Tub, Fireplace. Sleeps 8+
Our house is best setup for families with kids or couples.

Great as a ski vacation away from town just enough to have a true sense of wilderness while still being close to it all, or as a summer family get away, as a hunting base of operations to explore the great elk hunting in Colorado's Area 43 GMU. We love our location, you will too!

Family with 4 kids and Owner and Operator of Soaraspen, a scenic glider flights business based at Aspen Airport, Aspen, Colorado. We love Colorado and the Aspen Area and enjoy sharing the blessings here with others.

Be advised we do have pets including a cat, and chickens(Fresh eggs available). We do clean the house thoroughly/carpets are shampooed after each rental to try to minimize any dander issues before a rental. We also have HEPA air filters available to help.

We love our location and we are sure you will too! We fell in love with it when we first came here looking for a house to rent. We were truly blessed when we got to rent the house and then later buy it. We have top of the world views of Pitkin County.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything, but feel like your in the middle of nowhere. You can sit on the deck and look out at the incredible views and let the rush and hustle bustle of the world float away.
