Just steps from the Snowflake Chairlift and minutes from Main Street, this 3-bed, 3-bath townhome blends alpine charm with modern comfort. Featuring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a built-in gas fireplace, flatscreen TVs, a private patio with grill, and access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub, this home is ideal for all groups!

Proximity: Located in the desirable Highlander Townhomes neighborhood, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the Snowflake Chairlift for effortless access to the slopes, and a 10 minute walk to Main Street, where shops, dining, and après-ski entertainment await.

Living Room: Step inside to vaulted ceilings and a spacious living area filled with natural light. Gather around the gas fireplace for cozy evenings, with plush leather seating and a flatscreen TV for family movie nights or relaxing after a day on the mountain.
Kitchen:
Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features brand-new countertops, modern cabinetry, and all the essentials for meal prep.
• A traditional drip coffee maker is provided

Dining Room: The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen.

Bedding Configuration: 3 Bed, 3 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, flatscreen TV, massive walk-in closet, en-suite bath with soaker tub, separate shower, and double sinks.
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, desk, full closet; shares full bathroom on the main level.
• Third Bedroom: Queen bed plus daybed with trundle, full closet, private en-suite bathroom.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Twin trundle pull-out

Patio: The main floor living area opens to a private patio with a propane grill, perfect for post-ski dinners or summer barbecues. Vaulted ceilings and leather seating provide a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

Upper Village Pool & Hot Tubs: Guests have access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs, just a short walk from the home. Please note that these communal amenities are managed by a third party and availability is not guaranteed.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer are tucked by the garage mudroom.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Great spot close to Snowflake Lift

We were here during ski season and this was a perfect place! Literally across the street from the lift and easy to ski down and walk across to in the afternoon. The hot tub/pool is not walkable in winter but it’s an easy drive and nice place to spend some time apres ski. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Great location!

So easy for us to walk to Snowflake lift even in ski boots! House is as advertised. We didn’t get to utilize the hot tub, it’s not super close and it closes early so that was the only inconvenience. Great trip for our family!

Our family get away

Both of our children live in Denver and as a family we used to ski in Breckinridge. We thought it would be nice to rent a space for all of us together and this property was perfect. We each had privacy while enjoying being together. We cooked in every night since we had a 2 year old with us and just loved it. Thank you. The only not perfect thing was the icy driveway. We do realize that there is not much to be done about that but I thought I should mention it. We really had a wonderful time.

Plenty of space

We loved our stay here! It was a short walk to town and really close to the hiking trail up to the Sawmill Reservoir. It was very clean and well cared for. We can't wait to come back!

Great rental for family

Plenty of room for family of 6, allowing teens to have their own space. Close to trails, reasonable walk to downtown. We would stay here again.
