This is a beautiful home. The kitchen is well stocked, ample starter supplies are provided. The beds are comfortable and owners provide extra pillow /blankets in the closets. The neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and roads are maintained and well marked. We would book this house again.

Perfect mountain vacation getaway for large families!
This spacious home was just what we were looking for in a family vacation for our group of 11! We enjoyed using the hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools and hiking the short trail loop across the street. The home is in a convenient location to all the attractions we wanted to visit during the week. We would definitely come here again!

Great home to accommodate multiple families and sleeping arrangements. Really enjoyed the ability for each adult couple to have their own room while kids could bunk and enjoy separate quarters. The common space was large enough to accommodate everyone. Awesome time.

3 couples enjoyed an AMAZING retreat for the summer!
Gorgeous home, all of the amenities you could want, the hot-tub we enjoyed each evening and the property grounds were stunning! Hiked around the neighborhood and its is a short drive to Grandfather Mountain .
The Grandfather Mountain winery is right down the road from the home….8 min drive. Incredible wine, cider and live music all on the water!!! We had a blast and will be back!!

Pictures are accurate. Plenty of space to spread out. Larger living room area with plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen has all the cookware and dishes you will need. Only complaint is there was low water pressure everywhere. Would recommend this property for large, multi-generational gatherings. We were a group of 11. 3 couples and kids liked the bunkbeds!

Layers of Dust - Not as Pictured
While the property served our basic needs with the living area, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, it was the dustiest accommodation I’ve seen. As soon as we walked in, we got an up close look at the air intake vent that was covered in black furry dust. The air was continually cycling dust. I imagine the filters had never been changed since the vent itself was so clogged (I cleaned it btw). The ceiling fan blade edges were also covered in dust. Even the pillows on the couch when lifted and fluffed emitted lots of dust. Each morning we all woke up congested. Another disappointment was the lack of the foosball table that was pictured and advertised. In its place was an adult card table that did not serve our needs. There are also a couple of safety issues that need to be addressed. There were three broken pickets in the balcony area that were not connected to the railing. This left a space that a child could fall through. The stair railing and Newell posts were also very loose. Lastly during the night the basement hvac system reset itself to 55 degrees and my daughter and SIL woke up freezing. Although the location and neighborhood were nice we would not stay at this particular home again. If I had the ability to post pictures I would.

The home was perfect for the our family which included married children and grandchildren. The home was not as clean as I would have expected. The ceiling fans and light fixtures were covered in dust. Also there was not enough towels. Only four hot tub towels and one bath towel per person for a 7 day stay. For the price we paid I expected better than this. The house was great but housekeeping was not up to par.

Perfect house layout, kitchen supplies, plenty of TVs, private hot tub. Large bedrooms and space to spread out for a family gathering.
Cons: maintenance dept doesn’t have special light bulbs on hand when replacements are required, housekeeping needs to dust and clear spiderwebs more thoroughly, patio fireplace by hot tub not functional, could use more dish towels, some bath towels smell sour/mildewed.
