We invite you to share our country life for the duration of your stay.
Stay in a house in the heart of a small village surrounded by nature*.

The cottage is located in the town of Montaigut-le-Blanc, in the hamlet of Saint-Julien. You’ll be just 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resorts, where you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.

*10 minutes from the A75 highway exit (Exit 6, Champeix)

This cottage is designed for 15 people, but if you’re looking for a larger capacity, you can rent the cottage right next door, which sleeps 6. You’ll find it listed as “L’annexe du Gîte aux portes du Sancy.”

Accommodation
A spacious 300 m² cottage located in a small, quiet hamlet in the town of Montaigut-le-Blanc.
You’ll be 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Puy-de-Dôme and Vulcania.
Just 15 minutes away, you can walk around Lake Pavin or go swimming at Lake Chambon, and you’ll be 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resort.

You’ll find all the amenities you need within 3 km: an Intermarché, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bakery, and more.

The house was renovated in 2021 and features modern decor, spacious and bright rooms, a large living area, and a relaxation area with a foosball table and a video game console.

You can also relax in the enclosed garden.

​On the ground floor, you’ll find a large dining room, a kitchen, a living room, and a half-bath.
You’ll have access to the garden to enjoy sunny days. You’ll also have a large terrace for outdoor dining, and we provide a charcoal grill.

​On the ground floor, you’ll find 4 bedrooms with double beds (sleeping 8).

This floor also features 2 bathrooms and a separate bathroom.

On the second floor, you’ll have access to 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds each (sleeping 6).

This floor also features 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.

There is also a double bedroom with its own private bathroom (sleeping 2).​

Children are welcome, and we provide some toys and the necessary equipment (a travel cot, changing table, and high chair).


Sheet and towel rental:
- for a double bed: 18 €
- for a single bed: 10 €
Sheets and towels will only be placed on the beds.
The beds will not be made.

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage must be left in the same clean condition as you found it; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Guest access
You will have a parking space in front of the house for unloading.
Other vehicles must be parked in the village.
