Charming apartment in a privileged, quiet but with all the amenities to make your holiday easier, ideal area for children also. A 1 minute walk from Cales Piques and 5 minutes from Cala en Forcat.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by staircase gardens. It has two bedrooms, bathroom, balcony with table and chairs and parking. It is in a complex with communal gardens and two swimming pools for adults and children. Very nice and quiet.
It is a tourist area. Only 2 minutes you will find all amenities (restaurants, entertainment for children, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, aqua-park, diving centers, gymnasiums, tennis club, paddle among others). Ciutadella is a 5-minute drive, and there is a bus stop right at the door of urbanization connecting to Ciutadella and other parts of the island.
