Chouette gîte dans un petit hameau

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte aux allures familiales. L'accueil a été très agréable. De taille à accueillir 6 personnes, il est dans son jus d'une vieille maison comme on en voit bcp à Oléron. Il mériterait toutefois un peu de modernisation / home staging pour le rendre plus chaleureux (cuisine et ustensiles de cuisine, moquette dans la chambre des enfants, lits grandes tailles, des éléments de déco un peu vétustes) et parfois des odeurs de canalisation. Il est un peu difficile de s'y garer car les places sont chères dans ce tt petit hameau, les locaux ne favorisant pas vraiment la chose ... Sinon l'essentiel est là, on s'y est plu. Bien situé, à qqs minutes de Saint Pierre et une dizaine des plages côté continent. Oléron est tjs une superbe île à découvrir. Bonne continuation.

Appréciation

Maison bien équipée et calme, spacieuse et reposante. Pistes cyclables à proximité. De nombreux escaliers et marches pas aisément pratiquables . Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Excellent séjour

maison très sympathique, propice à des activités et rythmes variés, petit jardin fleuri dans la journée, petite cour pour la fin de journée. Nous avons bp aimé l'atmosphère de cette maison "authentique", sans manière, valorisant les espaces, la lumière, et des objets familiaux. Confort assuré dans les sanitaires et la cuisine, accueil sympathique du couple de gardiens. Et très bonne situation dans l'île qui nous a permis de la découvrir de plages en forêts, en fin juin. On serait bien restés !

Authentisches Haus in einem unverstellten Weiler. Hervorragend geeignet zur Entdeckung der Insel.

Wir denken gerne an die schönen Ferientage in Arceau zurück. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Au coeur des marais

Malgré un hameau assez fréquenté l'été en circulation, le jardin sans vis-à-vis permet de pleinement profiter des soirées estivales avec la plancha. Les places de parking communales sont très prises entre les résidents proche de la maison, mais il y a un parking situé un peu plus loin (100 m environ).
