The villa was excellent. Very clean, well stocked, convenient to excellent restaurants and shopping, and easy access to the beach. The host kept us well informed prior to our arrival and the villa was as described. My wife and I visit Hilton Head Island often and we will certainly keep this villa at the top of our list for future trips to the island.

Great property and excellent location near Coligny beach! The 3 pools on site are also an excellent way to cool off after a hot day on the beach. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. Five stars out of five for sure.

Great location and great condo

This condominium is in a great location, walkable to South Forest Beach and a 4 minute drive to Coligny Beach. Great access to grocery stores and restaurants! We really enjoyed our time there.

Great Weekend!!!

The condo was very clean and in a great location. It was a short walk to the beach, quiet and the screened in back porch was perfect for evening talks and games!!! Also close to some really great places to eat. We would definitely stay there again!!!

We had a wonderful golfing week at Hilton Head! Our VRBO was perfect. We were within 10 miles of the 5 courses we played, and within 1 mile to grocery and liquor stores and great restaurants. The condo was clean, we spent our mornings having coffee and evenings having cocktails on the screened patio! It was stocked with starter kits so if you plan on staying 4 days or longer you might need body wash, detergent, Kleenex, dish soap, coffee, salt and pepper! The host was awesome! He let one of our ladies enter early and even mailed me items that I left behind! This was a great place for the price and I would definitely rent from Patrick again!!

Beautiful Villa, Great Location!

The villa was beautifully decorated in a coastal theme and was perfect for our week-long stay. The screened-in patio was delightful. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants were a 20 minute walk. We highly recommend staying here.

Great host

Patrick was a very gracious, helpful, communicative host. The condo was very well kept, clean, and well-stocked with all essentials for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, conveniently located vacation spot in Hilton Head.
