About this property

Casita La Vista in Todos Santos - ocean view with private terraza!

This casita apartment is located above our garage in a fenced yard. It is a one bedroom with closet, a living room/kitchen area and a full bathroom with walk-in shower, pressurized water system, and tiled sink counters and shelves. Relax on the cute green sofa and tune into the great wifi. Use the kitchen with a gas hotplate, toaster oven and fridge. There are talavera tile counters and shelves and in the center of the room is a butcher block island, great for extra counter space. You can look out to the ocean through glass french doors with side windows which make up one wall. Go out the doors to a large ocean view terraza with table and 4 chairs - perfect for sunset margaritas! PLEASE NOTE: We do have a pet policy and allow dogs on a case by case basis. Sorry no cats or puppies are allowed. Thank you for respecting our policies.

Relax and enjoy the view

Greg & Lindy were wonderful and welcoming hosts. The views from the casita were beautiful and the terrace a great place to sit for the sunset and the surrounding palms & trees. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

We are Lindy and Greg, two artists from the Pacific Northwest who love music, art, travel and being out in nature. In Todos Santos we have three listings, Casita Margarita, Casita La Vista and our main house, Casa Luna. We live part of the year in Todos Santos, MX and Oregon, USA. We also have a sweet, medium-sized brindle colored dog named Nikki and a smallish medium size dog named Riley who may greet you when you arrive on the property.

We've traveled all over and we keep coming back to Todos Santos. As Dorothy says, 'There's no place like home.'

What makes this property unique

Casita Margarita and Casita la Vista are both charming spaces with wonderful ocean views from the patio or deck. There is plenty of parking and you can feel secure with a fenced yard and locked gate at night. They both come with all the things you will need for a great time!
