Perfectly located, Columbine is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9, hiking trails, the Blue River, Maggie Pond and Main Street shops and restaurants. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is right out your front door. This 2nd floor end unit w/no shared walls, boasts a serene outlook towards a private mini-forest from inside or on the deck. Refreshed with new flooring, furnishings, heated boot dryer and in-unit washer-dryer.

THE SPACE

The bedrooms provide a quiet haven to rest for you next adventure. The master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed, a fold-out twin bed, a 2 sink en-suite bathroom and generous closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed – twin over full, and a full size hall bathroom with. Both bathrooms are now shower-only but there is a portable child bath if needed. Both bedrooms have TV’s with Roku and are well separated from the living area to allow the early-to-bed crowd to peacefully coexist with the night owls. The new queen sofa pull-out in the living room is really easy to use and actually pretty decent.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. The living and dining areas are comfortable gathering spaces with fast internet connection in all rooms along with a cozy living room fireplace and app-compatible TV.

At the end of Snowberry Lane you will find the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse complex which offers four over-sized outdoor hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, changing facilities, lockers and showers.

Parking included is 1 assigned space in the heated underground gated garage and 1 surface parking pass.

Why they chose this property

We love the location - the easy walk to the lift or to town or go hike along the river all from the front door. But still, overlooking the adjacent mini-forest open space you feel out of the fray. The fact that it is an end unit with extra windows and no shared walls was a big plus too.

What makes this property unique

We are constantly trying to add things to make the condo better. We just remodeled the bathrooms to take out the old tubs and make comfortable size showers. New carpet and flooring. Added in-unit washer dryer and a heated boot dryer. The kitchen is still vintage but works fine and is well equipped. The new sofa has a full sized queen pull out that is easy to use and actually somewhat comfortable. The master bedroom has a large ottomon that pulls out to a twin bed - great for a kid or maybe small adult. Each time we go, we try to upgrade something to keep the condo functional and comfortable.
