Décevant
Mauvaise expérience avec l’agence immobilière entre les difficultés de communication (difficilement joignable), le paiement compliqué (il a fallu donner notre numéro de carte bancaire par téléphone) et un suivi une fois dans la location inexistant malgré les problèmes que nous avons signalé à l’arrivée tel que le ménage non fait.
La vue depuis le balcon est splendide et l’appartement est bien situé. C’est dommage que l’intérieur du logement ne soit pas à la hauteur. La literie est de très Mauvaise qualité. Le frigo est vieux et cassé et avons même été contraint de jeter le contenu du frigo car celui-ci est tombé en panne avant de se remettre à fonctionner par lui-même (la encore, pas de nouvelles de l’agence). Il y’a des problèmes de propreté tels que la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain et des odeurs depuis les canalisations.

Nous faisons suite à votre retour, et nous nous permettons d'éclaircir quelques points. Cet appartement est très bien loué et plutôt bien noté. Nous sommes étonnés de votre retour concernant le matelas, celui-ci n'ayant jamais été évoqué par les clients. Le réfrigérateur n'est certes pas neuf mais il fonctionne, et ni dans nos mails, ni par sms, n'avons retrouvé de messages concernant son dysfonctionnement. Nous avons bien eu votre état des lieux mentionnant un manque de ménage et vous avons proposé de refaire passer une femme de ménage. Quant à votre numéro de carte bancaire, nous vous l'avons demandé pour le dépôt de garantie (caution enregistrée dans le terminal bancaire et supprimé par la banque sous 1 mois), obligatoire pour vous remettre les clés, et ce n'était pas par téléphone, et ceci uniquement dans le but de faciliter votre arrivée (fast check-in mis en place l'été). cdlt Le Service Locations vacances LE GUILLOUZER IMMOBILIER
