"Villa Verde" Townhome for Four

Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy all Pensacola has to offer! Start your trip with a stress free check in with an electronic key pad entry into your accommodations. Downstairs you have a spacious dining room with seating for six, a well equipped kitchen and a huge living room with reclining sofa and loveseat. The TV here has access to all of your favorite streaming services. Off of the living room you have a beautiful patio with a table and chairs for dining al fresco. Also downstairs is a convenient full bathroom. Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One equipped with a queen size bed with adjustable base and the other a twin size day bed with twin trundle. Washer and dryer are located inside the garage. There is plenty of parking on the street out in front or behind the garage.
Your vacation home is conveniently located close to freeway access, the mall for shopping, and hospitals. You'll be 15 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola for the show, 18 miles to the world famous sugar sand beaches, and just 11 miles to downtown Pensacola and all the nightlife fun and restaurants.
This is a non-smoking home, dog friendly home.

Review

Nicole was great. There was a slight leaking with the plumbing during our stay. She promptly offered to refund the remaing days if we wanted to leave. She got a water damage crew out there immediately. She worked with us to be able to stay through the holiday weekend when it would have been expensive and tough to get a new place last minute. Thank you for responsiveness and flexibilty with us.

Clean and easy stay

The house is very pretty inside. The furniture was comfortable and clean. Close to downtown and beaches(25 mins). My family enjoyed their stay.

Restful and Roomy

The "Villa Verde" Townhome was the perfect place to stay for our group of 3. The townhome was huge inside, and the neighborhood was very quiet for a restful night's sleep. We made frequent use of the kitchen, which was stocked with pots, silverware, and cooking utensils. The drive to the beach was super easy (only 30 minutes). It was a particularly good place to stay during the COVID-19 pandemic, since you do not have to interact with other people.
