Incredible home and property manager

My family and I had a wonderful visit. Crystal was incredibly responsive and considerate in her preparation for our stay. The house was very well appointed with literally everything you could imagine. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need, you and your family will love this place. Notable items...super comfortable beds, great kitchen supplies, heated pool, responsive owner, clean, and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

VRBO is always easy to book through. Our home away from home this time was GREAT! The home is large and has all the essentials anyone could want/need. Crystal was very easy to work with!! As with all properties once set up it begins to wear. Builds character! I loved all the location offered and then some. Definitely will be a repeat visitor. ❤️

Wonderful vacation.

We loved this property! The house was even better than we expected. There were views of the water from almost every room! It is also much larger and more open than shown in the photos. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to be together or separate as the moods hit us. The pool was amazing! We all enjoyed having that luxury. there were several days in our two week stay where we just hung out at the pool all day. Having the dock was a huge bonus! Some of the group fished from it every day. We also rented a boat for two days. It was an overall lovely vacation.

Exceptional!!!

House was absolutely beautiful and in the most perfect area. Close to walk to the park/pier. Beautiful views, quiet and relaxing. We seen dolphins and a manatee from the dock. House had everything we needed and more. A short drive to shopping and restaurants. We needed a home that was spacious for a big family, a pool area for constant relaxing and a place close to everything and that is exactly what we got. Owner was EXTREMELY accommodating to our unplanned early arrival and checked on us the perfect amount for us to enjoy our vacation. Two week was not long enough. Would highly recommend property😊 5star+!!

Large sprawling comfortable home!

Wonderful from start to finish! Wes met us when we arrived and gave us a short tour, which was helpful. There’s also a lockbox for later check-ins if needed. Management was responsive to a non-working water heater and replaced it as quickly as they could. The home itself is large and sprawling, very comfortable layout. Walls are solid which meant noises in one room didn’t travel to the next, great for kid naps! The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The canal is plenty deep for larger boats, the dock has room for two boats and we were able to use the lift for our larger boat, which was very helpful. The pool temperature was just right the second day and we enjoyed it every day. The patio surface is river rock that gets loose with age, flip flops were helpful. Beds were very comfortable with memory foam toppers. Linens were plentiful, as were beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked but some casual dishes would be welcome. Cabinets were full of old china, which doesn’t lend itself to poolside dining so we used paper/plastic. We stayed a month and would have stayed longer if they hadn’t been booked! You can catch snapper, sheepshead, and catfish right from the dock. The crows nest view was astonishingly beautiful. The second floor was like an entire house to itself with a comfortable sitting/office area, large master bedroom and large bathroom with big soaking tub and large separate shower. Two walk in closets and it’s own air conditioner. Great layout for two or more families. There were ample pool toys and well maintained bikes in the garage. There’s a small sandy beach and a playground within an easy two minute walk. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will definitely be back!

Charming 5 bedroom house with great views of the sunsets.

Very welcoming large 5 bedroom home including two master bedrooms with a private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, Property is located on a canal, near a beach in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to grocery stores and services.
