Nice unit close to the wedding venue we were in town for. The Murphy bed was comfortable. Could maybe use a little thicker mattress topper. We didn’t use the pull out sofa so can’t rate it. Has conveniences of home. Nice ground floor (enter in back of building). Great view of the 9th hole at Otsego golf.
