Excellent house in a Great location.

House was very good and well presented, had everything we needed and more. Cleanest place yet we have stayed in. So close to all the activities and bypass road for tripos to further activities. Thanks to the hosts.

Great place with plenty of room for back yard cricket. Covered back area to enjoy the shaded sun or to escape the rain. Everything was perfect for our stay

Fantastic location and holiday property

We stayed here for two nights and wish it could have been longer! The house is perfectly set up for a family with two sets of bunks, comfortable beds and mattresses. It's in a great location, very close to Wharewaka Point and the huge section is a great spot for kids to run around on, or kick a ball. The lounge is a great size and it was wonderful to be somewhere that provided a few pantry staples as well as lots of crockery and cutlery (I've been to places where the only thing they have on hand is salt and pepper!) Lance's communication was prompt and his instructions on how to access the property were clear. I hope we'll be back!

Perfect property in a great location

Excellent house for a weekend racing in Taupo, and will likely be booked again by us. Back yard has plenty of space for trailers to be parked. House itself isn't enormous but is more than sufficient for 8 people. Great time was had by all.

Race Getaway

We stayed for 8 nights over the race week and really enjoyed the property. It was a great location for the Ironman race. Close enough to easily access the race but far enough away that we could have some space. You can easily walk to the lake and relax. The house is spacious and well equipped. As we came from overseas, we needed to use the linens which were provided. It can make for a tight turnaround on departure morning as tradition here in NZ has you needing to clean them yourselves but we managed that! Highly recommend staying here!

Incredible Home away from Home

Our stay was so comfortable and homely. Only 2 of us but could have had way more... so well equiped and cozy. Will be back again for sure to enjoy the location more as we were busy with an event and were out during the day. Only a short walk to the lake! Thanks for sharing your awesome little cottage.

Perfect Weekend Away

From initial correspondence to check in and our stay, everything's was so easy. The house was bigger than expected and we had a wonderful stay there. We attended a wedding only 15 minutes away so the location was pefect. Highly recommend!

Great location in a cosy house

Great little getaway

Was very happy staying here. Was a bit of a rush in the morning washing the bed linen and cleaning up before check-out at 10 but loved staying here. The lake was just a few minutes' walk down the road with a neat playground.
