The Space:

Elevated for sun, the outdoor living has expansive decks off every level with unimpeded views of downtown Queenstown, The Remarkables and Cecil Peak. The modern kitchen provides every facility for the chefs in the family! The gas fire in the living area creates a warm environment for the Queenstown winter evenings...and the luxury spa is the perfect place to relax while soaking up the stunning vista.

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.

Amazing

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. Everything was immaculate and the communications with Calvin and Melanie easy and informative. Easy check in and out process. House is very spacious - plenty of room for a large group. It has all the amenities you would need for a long stay, plus of course the most amazing views in Queenstown. Will definitely be coming back for a longer visit next time!

Remarkable views !!!

What an amazing property !!! The pics on the website do not do the property justice at all. Amazing spot to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks & just take in the view. The property was spotlessly clean & was a great layout for two couples. We were glad we hired a car to get down to town & to all the sites. We would throughly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Queenstown.

Comfortable and beautiful views

Melanie and Calvin were great communicating check in and out processes, the heat was left on so we walked into a cozy place with the most spectaculatlr views of the remarkables. The furniture is comfortable, and well laid out. The only potential issue would be to anyone less mobile as there are a few stairs, but a railing is provided. We will definitely be back if we travel to Queenstown again.

A honeymoon to remember!

My husband and I stayed at the Alpine Vista, Fernhill property for our honeymoon and we were blown away with every aspect of the house and amenities. Not only is the house in such a great neighborhood, the views from every room in the house are unparalleled! We were able to enjoy both being able to relax on property and in the hot tub as well as easily get to and from town with just a quick 5 minute uber ride. The stay, amenities, and entire experience was better than we could have imagined. Thank you for making it a honeymoon to remember!

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was a lovely convenient location with stunning views. The whole process was very easy and the property nice and clean with everything we needed. The outdoor spa was very luxurious. Only thing I would say is that whilst the lounge was super warm with the fire and heat pump, the upstairs bedroom was variable as sometimes the remote didn't effectively change the heat pump settings (easily remedied I'm sure), and the downstairs was almost too cold for my two small children as it has no heat pump and 2 small heaters that just do the job. However other touches like underfloor heating in the bathrooms made it all very comfortable when showering, changing etc. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Fantastic property!

Check in was super easy. Location was beautiful. Properly was as advertised/better. Really had the comfort of guests in mind when designing/setting up the property. Overall, we had a lovely time at this property. True to what appears in the pics, the views are breathtaking and the furnishings & decor are well appointed; elements of modern and casual. Amenities like TV/entertainment, board games, jacuzzi were great. We also did a bit of cooking, although everything turned out great, the pots, pans and outdoor grill are nearing end of life and should be replaced. I would certainly revisit.

We had the most amazing family time in this beautiful house. The whole house is well equipped especially the kitchen has everything you need if you are going to prepare meals in the house. It has also stunning views from all levels of the house. It's just beautiful, we will definately stay again or recommend to friends. Ever changing, awe inspiring vista in cosy comfort!

Every day of our stay we commented on how great the place was... every room offers expansive views of the Remarkables, Lake & Queenstown. The house is warm and comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. Enjoy a good nights sleep in a comfy bed with blackout curtains. Whilst it’s a bit further out of town, you can walk if you’re ok with a good hill or there’s a bus service close by along with some local shops. I will definitely come and stay again.
