St Clair Stay – Walk to the Surf - 1 bedroom

Nestled in the popular suburb of St Clair is this little gem, just 400m from the beautiful St Clair beach and Hot Salt Water Pools, and a slight extra stroll to the boutique shops and eateries on the Esplanade.

A quiet, spacious home with recent renovations give a peaceful suburban feel. The space is fully equipped with full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom - suitable for individuals or a small group.

Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm
For urgent enquiries outside of these hours, we recommend calling directly, or sending a message via email / your booking platform.

Situated in the extremely popular suburb of St Clair. Walkable access to some of the best beaches and the esteemed Esplanade area where you can find a selection of great cafes, restaurants and shops. Handy also to the popular "Dinosaur Park" and a nearby golf club.

The interior of the property is entirely your own. The yard and driveway area is shared with our neighbouring accommodation, however it is scarcely used. There is 1 step up into the property, and then an additional couple of steps down from the living area to access the bedroom / bathroom area.

From the car park directly outside the unit, enter into the kitchen and spacious open plan lounge & dining area. From a door off the far end of the lounge, you will find the bathroom on your right, and bedroom down a couple of steps. The bedroom can be set up with either a King bed or 2 Single beds, and an additional bed can be set up in the lounge on request.

A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bedroom. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.

Handy to a public bus route that heads into town (bus stop is 400m from the property).

Perfect St. Clair stay

My wife and I just stayed 2 months at the one bedroom unit, it was perfect. We were so happy with the size, location and extras, we could easily stay there anytime. You are a few blocks from the beach and multiple cafes/restaurants, easy bus access, and great walks through the neighborhood. Good kitchen with everything you need for meals. And, it’s well maintained and cared for by the owner, we had no issues at all our whole time. Good for single, couple or small family.
