My family and I enjoyed ourselves this weekend in this lovely cabin. Its definitely a great place if you have kids. Everything was great and in good shape but we barely had cell connection but who needs that when you have your family there with you.Will definitely go back if we ever go back that way.

We had a crew of 5-20 adults and children off and on throughout our 3 night stay. The hot tub and the firepit were perfect! The downstairs game area allowed the kids to play while the adults gathered by the firepit. There are several large decks/balconies where people could gather and chat, as well as several indoor areas where people could gather. The house is large and there are plenty of beds. The house is a cabin with "cabin-like" amenities. The internet is not bad for the location. No one in our group had cell service at this location, however we were able to text via the wifi. We were also able to stream video in the living area. Not too far from town.

Cabin is not as advertised. Deep cleaning needed inside and out. Repairs needed to outside doors and decks. Rodent and insect issues in all upstairs bedrooms, had to do some cleaning myself in order for my out of town family to sleep. No internet connections, unable to watch College Football!! Not all DVD players worked, and all remotes did not have batteries. We do not recommend this property. Please go and read reviews on the Evolve site for confirmation. Spend your money elsewhere.

Place looks nothing like the pictures. Has not be cleaned or prepped for people to stay in it. Has several trash burn pills around the house. Also found dirty underwear in the middle of the basement.

Great family vacation!

We had 13 people from 4 families, ages 2-68. Everyone had a great time with games in the basement, plenty of bedrooms to spread out and lots of space outside to explore the outdoors. We cooked breakfasts and some dinners and were centrally located to explore Ellijay, Blue Ridge and McCaysville.

Perfect for our weekend get-together!

This cabin was perfect for our trip to the mountains where we were able to connect with friends we haven’t seen for a while. It was big enough to house everyone Beth comfortably (we were going to have 14 but ended up having 12 people). The amenities were great, and the hot tub was huge! Our dogs were also welcomed with no fee which was so lovely.My only gripe is that I had no service at the cabin but that is typical for some of these north ha mountain cabins. Overall would 100% stay again and would recommend!

This property is nothing like what is posted online we arrived and immediately left the property due to the filth and conditions. Rat droppings bugs food left in drawers in the bedrooms. The list goes on and on we were traveling to our grandson‘s wedding and had to pack up as soon as we unpacked to try and find a hotel. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this rental property to anyone if there were a star less than one I would rate it a -20 if not more.

Our stay was good. Big house, room for all 14 of us. Spent a lot of time playing board games and playing pool, ice hockey too. Not being used to summer in Georgia, I was glad to have good AC. Beds comfortable. We used the hot tub and the firepit too

Family Thanksgiving getaway

Wonderful house for our 16 family members over a long Thanksgiving break. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. Beds were great. The Great Room was our favorite part as everyone was able to hang out together but still do their own thing. Fun loft for our teenage gamers while still feeling connected to the fam. Had fun shopping in Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Owners left a sweet note and welcome gift - a perfect start to our family Thanksgiving.
